Have anyone use this? Also why putting name of characters, places, and items can be considered Hard-to-read text by it? What's the rule?
honestly the free version shows you what to expect and its not pretty. my advice is to completely forget about grammarly, since the marketing makes it looks better than reality. give prowritingaid a try instead and then decide if paying for grammarly is worth it or not.
I mean, Grammarly helps you in fixing spelling errors, which disappear in your internal vocabulary after making the same mistake a couple of times, basically you start typing the word correctly on your own after awhile. However, my advice to you about making proper, easy to read sentences, is to just pause and read what you wrote. Regularly you will find that what you've just typed down doesn't sound fluid, so cut out or add some things to make it understandable. After all, you don't wanna be like @Hanaru, my god is her English poor.
I only use Grammarly when reading MTL Novel. First I translate the raws using Google Translate then copy it and paste it on Grammarly.
It's so annoying when the premium kept reminding me about 'hard-to-read text', especially right after I write names (Chars or Items)
You can't, in free version it's a warning only, not an automatic fix option, how you should ignore that yellow piece of ***
I mean, why would you write Charr? Nobody deserves that kind of name, because it's fucking &#%$!#. Like imagine if someone's real name started with just 'Ga,' that's utterly ridiculous.
I tried to for my papers, it's not really worth it imo... It's overall quite simplistic and can't make sense of complicated sentences. Is for the text... well, if you have a mish-mash of names of people and places, it is indeed hard to read lol Gotta see text to have a better guess as to why it might tell you it's hard to read. It can use a large number of metrics or this
I think the fact that a hamster can type any English at all is a miracle in itself, just imagine the difficulty of using the keyboard...
that probably happens because names are not dictionary words... Especially if you use Chinese or Japanese names
