The spoiler forums has gotten a bit messy because spoilers are being mixed with spoilers discussion. It's tough finding spoilers when there's so many discussions going on but you can't really have spoilers without spoilers discussion. @Westeller tried to fix this issue by creating a community account called @Spoiler Curator which allows anyone to log in and create a table of contents for spoiler threads. Examples of the ToC posts can be found here or here. It's basically just an account made for creating a table of contents post linking to spoilers. The problem with that account is you have to actually log into it to edit posts. This is where the new spoiler plugin can help make it a bit easier. What does the spoiler plugin do? Anyone is able to edit any posts from @Spoiler Curator without having to log in to it as long as the post is inside the spoiler forums. A placeholder table of content post is created for new threads in the spoiler forums. For existing spoiler threads, please log into @Spoiler Curator (password: Cacturus will outlast Spider Asura Empress ), create a placeholder post in the thread and report the post asking for a mod to move it to the top. Spoiler Curator Edit Logs https://forum.novelupdates.com/pages/spoilerlogs/ Please no trolling as all edits are logged. If you're able to help, please do so! Thanks!
been awhile since i visit spoiler thread that i put path once, but hey. this update should be good no?
*angry Alice noises at Westeller* ... Well, I was already aware of it though. Thanks for the update Tony-chan! ^^)/
Check the examples given in the first post. The account isn't a spoiler poster but spoiler curator. Think of them as a collector (links) of those spoilers users posted.
The spoiler curator's function is to make a "table of contents" for spoilers. So the individual spoilers could be gathered in one post to give a tidy appearance and easier to navigate. So from what I understand, I can post the spoilers in a new post like usual and update the spoiler link I posted in the spoiler curator's table of contents... Or something like that?
Yes, that's how it's supposed to work. After you've posted your spoiler, just edit in the link to it in Curator's post. It doesn't need to be the spoiler poster themselves, others can also help edit the ToC post.
Anyone who looked at that would know it has to be @Westeller . The only other person who calls me that is @Ai chan I think
I wasn't surprised since the password came from @Westeller TLDR would be you can edit any posts from @Spoiler Curator without having to log in to that account. Also, a new table of content post is created for all new spoiler threads.
