Normally, 21$ is the rate of a decent entry lvl job but per day(8hr) here. I'd say go for it if u can/need money.
So I'm not the only one getting lured by Mr. Bezos. Well, according to the commercial video, everyone looks happy and satisfied.
They lose around 12% of their workforce every month. Claiming the title of the company with the highest turnover rate. There must be some really sketchy shit going on to justify that pay, methinks.
There are no prospect for advancement or pay raise in the job for one thing. Also it would be interesting to note what's their job contract entails regarding paid leave, holidays, and work related injury leave. Also in the contract regarding their severance policies which from my experience they'd want to keep their low level workers for just 3 years at most with no chances of promotion so they can hire another batches of workers that can reflect the pays they only need to pays at that time around. Edit. I forgot to add that company like these would usually relegated the training of new workers to senior workers essentially making them managers without the actual position or pay.
iirc isn't Amazon try more on automatic stuff? anyway there lot of gossip of bad stuff on Amazon delivery work place~ still this cat think there will be some who desperate enuf take that offer, well current pandemic may make it worse~
