Okay I read few chapters and now I'm going to feed you with some main info

Spoiler: Ciel

As we learned from translated chapters, FL possesed Iren in the book that was the original world to ML, while he is returned to the past.
At first it seems like a stupid story, because why did he not let FL know that he loved her and why he was so cold to her, if he is so obsessed?
Lets begin from the start. He lived in the Empire, was the second in power and nobility, being a duke. There are espers in their world, but there are no guides. Suddenly, one day, a saint from Korea appears (their compatibility, by the way, is only 23%, so Ciel compares her guidanse to poison). Then it turns out that she can open interdimensional gates. The Emperor has a plan, because it means someone can go through the gates and bring guides into their world. And this is entrusted to Ciel, who thought that it was beneficial for him too, because without guidance, even as shitty as that of a saint, it is even worse for him with his power. And that just turned out to be profit for the saint. Since Ciel, in addition to the S-class, has two elements. This is where the crisis happened in his life.

Spoiler: Ciel's attitude towards FL

Aiden admires his brother, so when Ciel came and told him that he is esper too, he was confused, but very happy. I have read so far until the moment where ML asks his younger brother to help him by reading FL's thoughts, as he suspects her in some connect with his wife or something like that.

Spoiler: How ML suspected that Irene was related to his wife

In eng translation, it became clear that the first reason is that Irene called Seoyoon's name when no one had introduced the saint, that means no one should know her name yet. Moreover, the voice called this name with a korean accent.
He began to wander around the hall and searched a lady who said it, but coudn't find. And when they exchange greetings with de Cloche family, Irene is silent (she was just confused by the fact that in the book Ciel was too noble and arrogant to go down to the hall and be nice, and here he talks to her father in a friendly manner) and when say goodbye she realizes that she did not show politeness, so she wishes him a blessing, and she with her family leave. And Ciel found that voice.
Then he begins to search information about de Cloche family and about Irene. He findes out that she "died", but still alive, and also that she got into a fire and she had burns on her arm. It also evokes associations with his wife, because when he woke up before her death, the first thing he saw was her crippled arm. Or something like that.
Her mole under her eye is also very reminiscent of her wife, although other facial features and her appearance are completely different.

Also keep in mind that in the english translation divides chapters into 2 parts. That is, according to the numbering of translation, it will be closer to chapter 36... not to chapter 18.

 

CHAPTER 36!?

 

I think that means they had sex although there may have been a less intimate connection like kissing? That's for better guidance.
