I edited my last post. Hopefully I made it clear I was referring to another story It hurts me too that Rif gets a lot of hate. I sympathize with him more since my personality has some similarities to his when it come to how he reacts to hurt. But Maxi also get a lot of hate from fans which I also don't like since both are reacting out of trauma. Personally, I would love for both of their points of view to be shown through out the story especially in the upcoming anime. I feel like it would help viewers understand the main couples actions a lot more and stop them from being so upset. I think that's why P ended up gives us glimpses in the webtoon because unless you read the whole story, one might not understand their reactions. Like I mentioned before, when I first came across UTOT I had no idea about Rifs past. When I found the spoilers and learned about it, so many things made sense. So even though I was reading the story and getting to scenes where Rif was acting possessive, I understood why and wasn't turned off by it. I think one can show both POVs of the main couple and still keep readers interested. I'd want more POVs from both and for them to come a lot sooner in the anime. It would be ideal with we could start of with Rifs childhood at the beginning of the anime but I know that's not going to happen. I knowing choosing to wait until later in the story to reveal a characters back story is a writing style and authors choice. It a way to create angst and suspense to keep the readers hooked. But not all readers appreciate that and I'm one of them. I'd rather know all the details first. I always go look for spoilers to a movie or book because I would juat rather know whats going to happen, and if its something I i want to invest my time watching or reading. Also, since I lean more towards Rif, I want to know more about what he's thinking of. He's such an interesting character and I want to get inside his head. Personally, I think it's funny how I started reading UTOT all from Maxi's POV and I loved it and found it interesting but still wanted to know more about Rif even though it was Maxi's story. That's how good of a character he is to me. But that's just my opinion.
YES! I also like to know more of Riftan's pov and I find him more interesting and I lean towards him. I have much more to say about this tonight. I have to drive to LA now.
Riftan knows what kind of person Hebaron is. In my headcanon I see a child coming to the castle and the child is Hebaron. Many see Hebaron with a daughter, his character does it fit to have a daughter but in my mind I always see him with a son. In her Q&A many were asking questions Hebaron having a daughter and she answered Hebaron it doesn't matter he has a girl or a boy he will loved them both equally. For some reason I see Hebaron son being the illegitimate child who looks alot like him. I went to research the title and it is a novel that it is in Yonder. Does it have a webtoon? I see many sympathize with Riftan, I tend to lean more on with Maxi as I share some similar experiences with her, she feels useless and isn't good at everything and wants to find her worth. I do love Riftan and have some similar personalities in him and having more his pov would be interesting and not just him, many characters. There are some Maxi pov I am interested to read that was written in Riftan pov. I am with you I don't like when author's wait a while to do a character pov is better to have many characters pov throughout the book. I love more multiples pov than single pov.
Don't worry, it's just that I'm a bit of a worrier, with everything that's been happening in the world lately, I tend to think negatively when I don't hear from someone for a while. I'm really glad to hear that you're doing well! I agree with you, that scene with Riftan is the "she will not lend me" moment, but the disproportion takes me out of the fantasy. I've also noticed the change in Riftan's physique. That huge body with a small head is called the "Mouse ML syndrome," and honestly, I don't like the change. Being bulky should come with more proportionate limbs. I'm sorry, one of my hobbies is drawing and painting, and noticing proportions is something my teacher never let me overlook, and now it's become second nature to spot these flaws. Ohhh! I messaged you @MARSEA12 Y'all I was on some other forum pages to read novel spoilers and several of them lost their table of contents as well that same day we lost ours for UTOT. Thankfully they all came back. Some of those pages had very detailed info like we do. I'm so grateful to everyone who participated and helped get that together. It's a lot of work and would have been devastating if we lost it. The other ppl said the same for their pages with the different novels.

Resurrecting the dragon wasn't their initial plan in the beginning, the vital role of the magic stone that play in motion is to survive a barren wasteland, it is the natural way for them to repurpose them. Riftan was glaring at the fireplace and broke his silence, What does Ruth thinks that the monsters are trying to revive Sektor? Of all what they could do with the stones and what makes Ruth think that is their ultimate goal? Ruth received that conclusion after studying the records from Monster city. Monsters were the evil creatures that defied God, just like humans created their own religion and now wants to wage a war according to their holy doctrines. Riftan calm voice snapped out Maxi thoughts, How much did Ruth revealed to the pope? That only the monsters of the PP are trying to revive the red dragon. The church is trying to figure out why the stone was stolen. There is going to be an uproar as the previous pope and the Reformed church kept a secret of Sektor stone being robbed so the Orthodox church didn't gain power, once all information gets out, the grand basilica will face alot of criticism. Riftan is surprised that Ruth alive after speaking the truth before the pope. Ruth is fortunate that the new pope is a man of sound judges and understands the consequences if they fail to stop the dragon resurrection. Ruth has serious expression and the undead around Lexos mountain is no coincidence. The undead are targeting the eastern regions and break the barriers that it prevents the flow of mana that it goes into the mountains that it was placed after the dragon campaign. Many cities around the mountain range had fallen. Ruth wasn't surprised by the news, retaking those cities should be their first concern and to stop of the dragon resurrecting, they must halt the fire mana going to the mountains. The barrier is back to place, snow will come to an end. As Ruth predicted the council of the seven kingdoms were outrage. Maxi wasn't privy of the details of the meeting but the church was in balance and the coalition sended out their armies despite the political turmoil. Maxi knew she should be grateful at the seven monarchs, as all monarchs tends not to gel along they took action quickly. Her mood darkened that another war is going to break. How much adversity they have to endure before they can return to Anatol. Richt words came into her mind as the armistice of the seven kingdoms was in fragile and was hanging by a thread, even if they succeeded stopping the resurrection of the red dragon, there won't be a lasting peace. She rather fight alongside with Riftan, but she still thinks of never ended battle had her on edge. It is better than sending him alone. Fighting alongside the man she loved was better than being confined in a castle with constant anxiety, worry and praying. The mage tower and the church did negotiations to prevent the revival of the dragon. Maxi was going to her efforts as a mage. Ursuline was searching all over Maxi. Maxi wants to know, there something going on. Ursuline tells her the commander ask him to get Maxi, and that she comes with him. Maxi was unsure if Riftan was seeking for her and would browbeat to her to go back to Anatol. After being a little anxious she goes with Ursuline. Ursuline took her to the knights lodging where the knights resided and walking by them, they greeted her and she heard a voice from a knight. Greeting her and that she looks lovely and it was Hebaron and that her crown of head is a sight to behold. Maxi tells what is Hebaron doing. That he is hammering steel spiked to the wagon as it prevents winged monsters flying with them. Could others monsters joined the undead army. Hebaron speaks and the few wyverns have been spotted, the numbers isn't a major concern, monsters have the the ability to control so it is better to take precautions. Maxi felt a hand on her shoulder, turns her head and see it is Riftan. He tells her why is she there and weren't you told by someone that he was looking for her. Maxi is on her way. Maxi was annoyed by his high pitch voice, she removes his hand from her shoulder. Riftan turns around and tells her to come with him. Maxi was wondering what provoked Riftan being angry was his attention to send her back to Anatol as she feared. Riftan looks back and tells her, If she isn't coming? After Maxi hesitating a little bit, she follows him. Riftan leads her to a cabin and it is a temporary storage space stacked with sundries and containers. Riftan lift a large bundle and unfolds it. He wants her to try it on and if it fits her. Riftan was holding a padded knee length brown garment with leather straps on sleeves and waist. Maxi wants to know what it is? It is an armor made of wyvern leather, it is sturdier and lighter than the quilted armor, Maxi is able to wear it. What is Maxi waiting for? Maxi accepted the armor, it did had some weight on it, but it was considerably lighter than the plate armor Ursuline and Uly made her wear. Riftan helps her to tight the belt around her waist. Is it heavy for Maxi? It was burdensome for her but she assured him it wasn't all heavy. Riftan gives her a skeptical look before grabbing one of the swords hanging on the wall. I have nothing much to say in this chapter but I love that Riftan is trusting more Maxi and letting her be in everything and not always pushing her aside. Maxi got what she always wanted be by his side and help him. I read many comments that the next chapter is exciting and please don't spoil if you have read it, I can't wait till Wednesday when I read it.

Im proud with Riftan’s growth in this chapter, instead of sending her away without her consent he is prepping her to go to the next campaign with him, giving her an armor specifically suitable for her body size and comfort. Maxi doesnt care about the hardships that she will face as long as she can be with Riftan. She wants to go back to Anatol but not alone because she hates waiting anxiously thinking about Riftan’s safety. I think Riftan was angry at Maxi because she stopped and talked to Hebaron instead of going straight to him as ordered. Still a petty jealous man . You are right the privelege chapters in Webnovel are so damn expensive, i cant afford it too Luckily Ridi is much more cheaper than Webnovel so i can afford to buy the chapters until the end of the book. But the translations can be a headache so i need to be patient on unlocking the free chapters in WN 3x a week.

Hello from Sunny California! The weather has been perfect the last few days. I can see the mountains so clearly. “I want to see Mountains again. Mountains, Gandalf!” haha @emdl07 I LOVE Riftan’s povs so much. I do like Maxi and her pov but after a while I get aggravated when she still has doubts about Riftan’s love in Book 2 when he clearly goes straight to her right away when she returns from the MT, saves her life twice and made it clear he doesn’t want to get her pregnant during the war. I can understand her frustration as the situation was horribly unideal for their reunion and so much has changed the last 3 years. Her recklessness and naivety become adorable overtime. I forget in my young twenties I was rather naïve and made bad decisions. The age difference in their marriage doesn’t help as having an older partner be further ahead in life and provide more for you is an awful feeling. My husband is older, so he was ahead in many things and it did not feel good. So, I try to look at her pov better in that way. Riftan’s povs just really capture my heart as his narrative is rather humorous, his self-doubts are opposite to his achievements and his devotion to Maxi is so pure and captivating. For me, his pov chapters give me a lot of sympathy for him and his thoughts are very interesting and complex. Behind that stone face is a complex and extremely good person. <3 I’m very curious how the director for the anime series will balance both FL and ML povs. I think for a successful TV live adaptation series the more character povs the better the show. I pray that P and Suji Kim both have creative input in the anime. I believe P does respect Kim and they communicate on the manhwa which is why it’s good. I don’t know if you all have been following One Piece on Netflix but it’s a BIG DEAL. This is the first critically acclaimed live action adaptation for an anime. I even have friends and family like the show and they never watched an anime or read manga. I still need to watch it but it’s all over YouTube with positive reviews by critics who don’t watch anime. This is revolutionary for the anime live adaptation genre. So I hope Suji Kim will be involved with the anime and possibly a future live adaptation. I'm sure P and Kim talk about the manhwa. I think that’s why the manhwa is so good. P has respect for the story. That’s what makes good content and sadly Hollywood has estranged from original source material and what makes good content. Hollywood isn't what is used to be. So far with the story in events with Webnovel I can’t believe there isn’t a book 3. There’s a lot of build up and it can’t be concluded with only 2 parts left! I’m pretty sure Kim will write many more side stories or possibly another book. Maybe Kim is choosing to release more stories after a certain time for English and Korean translation to be released simultaneously! I can dream right? @Solcito I’m also not a huge fan of the “Mouse ML syndrome” I'm back to the freeways!
