Happy Tuesday, honestly I have the same question. I thought we had reached 1.000 pages. But, now, we are losing 6 pages
@MARSEA12 it's so weird that you can only see less than half the thread! Have you asked the moderators what it could be? So weird!! Now I have a chance to finish the drawing on time for the 1000 page maybe does anyone know what was deleted? The first page must be a mess with all the posts changing numbers again
Wow Marce why do you have less than half of the pages?? Don't remind me of this... I'm going to wait until tomorrow because sometimes we lose pages, but then everything goes back to normal. If not, I'm going to check the links. I have no idea what could have been deleted to lose 6 pages in total. I remember last time we were at 995 and we lost pages too. Maybe we aren't supposed to exceed 1000 pages?

I remember when Riftan joined the sword competition and he didnt' see Maxi in the stands. Riftan thought, "what the hell am I doing here?" But if Riftan didn't go just for that hope to get a glance of Maxi, Riftan wouldn't have met the Remdragon Knights! That fan art is really good! Suji Kim is a remarkable writer! She writes the battle perfectly. I can imagine Riftan and the Knights battling the monsters effortlessly in my head. Riftan was extra, extra hot in this chapter. This is the first time Maxi sees Riftan battle so close in a war setting versus killing monsters on the road. We haven't seen Riftan battle in the war up close. Maxi and I both were both gasping! I had an action packed scene in my head. Reminds me of battle scenes from GOT and LOTR. Also, where is Gabel? It was so cool for Maxi to see Riftan battle up close. I think Kim is preparing Maxi to do something amazing which is why Maxi was struggling a little bit. We need build up for Maxi to be an awesome Mage. Can Riftan control magic in his sword or does he emit magic from himself into his sword? So I figured I would eventually see spoilers on the ending of the book. I'm only caught up to the webnovel. But, from what I have read on the ending I really like it.

Riftan's sword absorbs the energy (for example from sector) and that returns it in full to the monster. In this respect, therefore Riftan's sword is the most effective. And of course his will to win and his courage and strength.
Hey y’all! I saw (on Reddit) that season 2 part 3 was estimated to release November 5th (on Amazon). Apparently we have to wait another month.. It’s strange that a lot of pages are just gone. We would’ve reached more than 1000 pages by now. I honestly can’t pinpoint a specific scene in UTOT that could be my favorite. I adore all of maxi’s and Rif’s moments. If I had to choose, I guess it would be Riftan giving his geth to maxi infront of everyone. Also a sweet one close to my heart is when they were kids & all the times he went to see her or just thought about her and when she made him a crown. I could cry lol I love all of y’all’s favorite scenes! The song “creep” by Radiohead fits perfectly with Riftan in those times at the beginning when his obsession/love was fresh ahh good times hahaha
By the way, someone once said that Maxi had to be 160 cm tall, I don't think so. If we look closely at the pictures where they are shown together, Riftan is usually a lot bigger than Maxi. It doesn't even reach his throat. A man's head is on average 28/30 cm in diameter, then the piece up to the throat (upper chest) is another 15 cm. HE 196 cm - 43 cm = 153 cm!! (She) This is only roughly calculated. So she is never 160 cm tall. What do you all mean ?

I am from Northern California and no snakes have never come inhabited areas, they are more common in the desert. If they come in inhabited area it must be someone pet.
I have so many favorite lines. Today it's Book 4 Riftan: "I pray that nothing bad will happen to you...and that only good things will come to you...." Maxi: "I-I am not a duke's daughter! I-I am the wife of a knight! I-I am no longer a Croyso...but a Calypse!" Book 5 I love the mediation chapter. Reminds me of Tyrion Lannister's trial. No justice. Suji Kim wrote the mediation scene very well. I remember my husband was driving and I was reading the chapter in the car because I couldn't put the book down. The King's and Knights reactions were spot on. Unsurprisingly, the Duke is horrific (a great antagonist). The mediation outcome was agonizing. Riftan to Duke Croyso Mediation scene: "You don't know when to stop talking, do you? I have always admired your ability to come up with the most believable excuses. Why don't you just be honest? Tell them that you are terrified of me. You were scared out of your wits by my declaration of war, and you probably thought you would never gain your peace of mind unless you had my fiefdom taken from me. But you are mistaken. If I am no longer bound by pledges or treaties, I'll be free to show you just how deranged I really am. I have a knack for sneaking into places. So when Riftan beats the ***** out of him I like when he mutters, "Why are you causing such a scene? surely you could have a hierarch heal you as well, no?" That was so satisfying. When I get to 100 posts I can share images! I live in southern California in the Inland Empire. The entire state has wildlife, beautiful parks, diverse landsapes, beautiful scenery, great hiking and a lot to do. There are rabbits, skunks, opposums, squirrels, foxes, coyotes, bobcats, rattlesnakes, racoons, bats, hawks and vultures in my city. My area is semi-rural so my neighbors have goats, chickens, horses and turkeys. There are a lot of coyotes right now so my pets have to be inside. The official state animal, Grizzly Bear, is extinct in California. Okay, that's what I thought about Riftan's sword. I thought exactly the same!!! So so glad you liked the song That's one of my favorite parts too! Soooo satisfying! I still wanted him dead tho it's very realistic. I checked other threads to see if there are others exceeding 1k pages and in the community games forum there are several that have 8k, 30k, etc. I'm guessing it's bots running through the threads and deleting posts asking for links or other rule breaking things

But you can read that there is such a thing, probably the areas around CA are so different ? Thank you, I didn't notice that because I didn't read Ridi or don't have Twitter. I can only remember one repeated action from Maxi (in novel).....Maxi reached up on her tiptoes and kissed Riftan on his chin....hm(?) That's right, before the 2nd book, Amazon published 'Riftan's (POV) Sidestory', according to Ridi's instructions, as an extra with 40 chapters on kindle. And that was exactly fitting, I think.
California is really a big state so many areas are different, there is the coast, the central valley, the mountains range and southern California.
Spoiler: Summary of 137 Maxi admires and frightened at the same time watching her husband battling monsters. She sees both Riftan and Ruth working as teamwork of battling the undead, skeletons. Maxi puts herself together and check her surroundings. She saw soliders bleeding on the ground, soon she makes an earth wall with her mana and it it between the soliders and the monsters. The wounded are going into the barrier. Riftan rushes in speed and smashes into pieces the skeltons. He shouts out to Maxi to stay in the barrier and he gave them enough time to have distance between the rear unit and the monsters. Maxi retreats behind the soliders and pits down her earth barrier and expands her shield. Once it calmed down, she store away her mana and scanned the battlefield. All the soliders off all the units were battling but were completely surrounded. She saw mages fighting with the monsters and it was futile as their battling stanza was almost the same, and as what Riftan said, there must be a necromancer reviving the monsters. She wanted to seek Ruth, saw him throwing wind arrows to the undead. Ruth executed two spells at the same time and doubted he could do three. With her remaining magic she uses a tracing spell, she is trying concentrate but she hears all the clashing. She puts all her attention into a spell so she can prevent the flow of mana before it cuts of and finds the magic biding monsters, she traces the web flow of mana and she realizes something is wrong. The necromancer magic wasn't coming out of the camp but within. She retreated from the front, and went to the center formation. She surveyed the surrounded area and located the source of the necromancer spell. The dark magic was flowing from the wagon at the edge of the camp, she jumped into the wagon and threw container out of the comparment and searched the interior and a complicated rune covered the floor. Maxi is wondering how did they manage to draw a rune there? Maxi push that thought away as it wasn't the time to speculate, she placed her hand on the rune and infuse her mana to dismantled it. Suddenly a man comes up to her and she believes it is one of the supply guards, he looks straight at her and explains but suddenly he has his ax up ready to attack and his eyes were red. She moves aside as the ax struck the wooden floor, her heart is thumping and she scrambling to summon her mana. The solider raised an his ax again before he could attack her, and somebody killed the monster and the monsters never saw or sense who attacked him. It was surreal for Maxi that she didn't felt anything. Dark blood spurred out from the soliders body, she gasped as she saw the solider melting away and it revealed a repetillian face covered in crimson scales. The monsters was trying to stop blood coming out from his torso and the monster head rolled to the floor. Maxi screamed as the blood of the monster splattered to her face and it crashed down in front of her. Maxi was looking who saved her and he was standing at the wagon opening and it was a man with a black hood and beneath his visor was engraved a cross. By looking at his attire he wasn't a solider from Wedon or Balto, she is becoming wary, if he is an enemy infiltrating from another camp, she was about to summon a barrier until she hear his voice. She was going to destroy the rune and his voice sounded familiar, he cleans the blood of his sword at that Maxi needs to hurry. She places back her hand at the floor, she infuses her mana to the rune, and the disruption of the mana within the rune send sparks flying around her, it gets distorted and the covering sprawls of the wagon ground fades away. After she confirms the rine is destroyed and she gets up with a pool of blood. The man was guarding the wagon, it appear to worked and they are moving slower. He takes out his visor, she realizes it's is Kuahel, the commander of the Temple Knights. She wants to know what is he doing there? His quest was to track down the dark mages that brought him to that place, it seems that he arrived on time. She owes Kuahel her life. She thanks him for helping her and that she would met a terrible fate if he didn't arrived. She doesn't need to thank him and that he is always coming to her rescue. Maxi looks him in awe and was this heartless knight making a jest. Kuahel tells her to retreat until the battle is over. He instructs a knight to keep an eye on the decapitated carcass monster and he strokes to the front where the fight is ongoing. Maxi looks at the monsters and describes him and seeing the monster made her stomach hurl. She wonders if this monster was a mutant created by the dark mages with their crossbreding experiment. It's hard to believe that the monster had the ability to polymorph and fool them. A fear came through her mind, that many monsters could be hiding among the soldiers and disguise as humans, she is gazing and goes back to the Wedonian camp. The situation nows seems to be under control, the undead have been crushed by the soliders and the ghouls surrounded by Darund castle were almost wipe out, after she observed the battle on top of a hill, she goes out and to find Riftan. Maxi doesn't change she is still reckless at least she is now figuring things out. She is really an intelligent person I believe Kuahel was looking afar what she is doing but he came on the nick of time saving her. Maxi always being saved by Kuahel and if it isn't Kuahel her hubby. These monsters could polymorph and it could be dangerous if just those monsters disguise the soliders or mages it could create havoc in the battlefield. Hopely the mages can find or create a spell to know who are really them and who are polymorphing. Maxi is all covered in blood and once Riftan see her he is going to think otherwise and go all hysterical.
Thank u Marsea! Aaaarghh im screaming at this intense and action packed chapter. Riftan fighting skills is remarkable.. imagine slashing a group of undeads in just one blow. He still worry about Maxi amidst the fight and scream to her to get behind the barrier, cant imagine the stress he felt that time.. and Maxiiii.. again u were at the death’s door .. although that’s a great job for destroying the undeads generating magic rune but what were u thinking to go find the source and location of the magic rune alone without any escort.. luckily Sir Leon came out of nowhere at the right time and saved her.
Thank you MARSEA for summarizing this great and exciting chapter. Riftan will always keep an eye on her, but it's more tiring for him to fight and look after Maxi at the same time. Yes, on the one hand Maxi is careless, but on the other hand she has the sense and ability to really help. All she thinks about is that she can do her part. And she was lucky that the Temple Knight Commander was nearby and could intervene. By the way: I recently saw the announcement on Amazon (Germany) for the 1st novel volume (book) in English on Kindle and also in hardcover form. I wrote to two well-known publishers who market such novels and asked for a German translation. Let's see, maybe we'll be lucky and they'll make it.
