Spoiler: 113-116 Wolfman comes with Benjamin and other attendants. He tries to use his power alone using restoration magic to repair the 9th floor but fails, so Benjamin and other attendants help him. Kynemia and Eian need to avoid Light Dragon Seltair’s clone and break the heart in the center. Eian can’t use too much warp magic as his magic power flows out. Kynemia tells him that she is special so Eian replies that she is always special in his eyes. Kynemia tells her about her power to break magic, but Eian isn’t surprised by it, as he saw her breaking a barrier before. He tells her that he doesn’t care what she has or who she is. Kynemia touches the wall and it breaks. They move to the center of the maze by breaking the wall and use short warp magic. As their position gets nearer to the heart, Eian blocks the clones. Eian tells Kynemia to move forward alone but she doesn’t want to. He asks if she wants both of them to die together and she replies that is better. She doesn’t want to leave or be left alone anymore (remembering her family members died one by one). Eian tells her that he has a way and asks her to believe him. When Seltair approaches them, he says that he finds his power. Eian notices something and tells Kynemia if it will get dark for a while and asks her to not be afraid. Eian uses his darkness. Wolfman recovers the 9th floor but the darkness spreads. He and Benjamin notice it so they think that they need to move fast. While his attendants take a rest, Law, Shen Tian, Wolfman, Benjamin, and the rest of The Dark Knights deal with the 9th floor boss to open 10th floor door. Kynemia tries to break the heart in the darkness while Eian deals with Seltair. Seltair escapes and finds Kynemia. Eian sets a barrier around Kynemia and uses darkness to finish Seltair. Kynemia is successful in breaking the heart. There is a notification that Kynemia is in first place with 9,999,999,999 points and she is the one who liberates The Tower of Training. Wolfman asks with anger why Kynemia is on the 10th floor but Shen Tian and Law also don't know. Frost is surprised that The Tower of Training was liberated and wonders what kind of person Kynemia is. Kynemia doesn’t have any strength so Eian approaches her and looks at her wound. Kynemia realizes what Eian means by saying that he doesn’t care what she has or who she is. Kynemia wants to confirm something so she asks if the reason why Eian disappeared for 5 years was because of his power. Kynemia keeps pressing him so he tells her about his contract. Kynemia, even though she can guess it, she still asks what he bet for the contract (his life). She suddenly remembers the memories about her crying father when her mother passed away. A crying voice is released without her realizing it (“Is this the love you spoke off” - the same line her father had said that day). Eian feels like no matter what he says now, Kynemia will disappear from his hand. He asks her how he can answer her question then tells her that he will do anything, the answers she wants and the things she wants. Kynemia is so angry and can’t stand it anymore. She tells him that he keeps deceiving her. She leaves after telling him to finish the exam. From the narration, it seems there is a connection between Seltair and Julian Everett. Seltair has been visiting his dream everyday since he was a child, whispering about past glories. He even knows the power which Seltair and he feels the moment Seltair died. He found the old book (which Kynemia also looked for in the imperial library) containing record of a warrior who was nowhere to be found and the ancient relics he left behind, as if someone hidden it, in Viscount Womack’s property (Personal note : So, he is the man who revived Eian’s father as a ghoul and torture Viscount Womack?). He recalls Kynemia’s grandfather’s words ringing in his ears (“You rat!”). Kynemia, Wolfman, and Eian lock themselves for days. Kynemia feels Eian’s shadow watching her then disappear when she looks at its direction, so she closes her curtain. Wolfman was surprised when she avoided him. He wanted to hug her on the 10th floor but she asked him if he knew everything (about Eian’s contract). Eian sets his barrier. Benjamin sends a familiar to Kynemia, asking her to save him, but is always rejected. When Benjamin doesn’t know what to do to Wolfman and Eian, good news comes to him.
Spoiler: 117-120 Benjamin receives an invitation from the empire for a banquet celebrating The Clearance of The Tower of Training. As Kynemia is the one who cleared it, she must attend the banquet. Benjamin tells Wolfman to use this chance to meet Kynemia. Wolfman takes the invitation to Eian’s room. He finds Eian trying to make a time reversal magic. Wolfman asks him what he will tell Kynemia, but Eian replies that he will know after doing it over and over again. Wolfman shows the invitation and tells him to meet Kynemia together to ask for her forgiveness. Wolfman also knows he made a mistake as he made Eian to do a dangerous contract because Wolfman couldn’t control him. Benjamin keeps The Magic Tower getting the invitation as a secret because he is afraid Kynemia won’t come if she knows that fact. At the banquet, Benjamin saw Kynemia escorted by a man he had never seen before (Kynemia’s uncle). He feels there will be a calamity because that man calls her by her nickname (Mia). Benjamin leaves the banquet to stop Eian and Wolfman leaving the waiting room. Eian asks if Benjamin is mad. Benjamin finally gives up and tells him that Kynemia came with someone he never saw before. Eian leaves the room while saying that he will see it with his own eyes. Benjamin reminds him to carefully consider Kynemia’s position. Kynema receives a lot of greetings in the banquet and piercing gazes from other guilds, except Erixina (under investigation by empress dowager). When she has a talk with Viscountess Leslie, her mind keeps remembering the memory when Eian confessed to her. Her uncle, who realizes her condition, takes her to the balcony for a break. He asks if she is tired and wants to return, but she denies it. She tells him that she keeps remembering something. Her uncle tells her to follow her heart, but Kynemia doesn’t want to be someone who likes a fool. When Kynemia wants to clear the dirt in her uncle's eyelashes, Eian comes and grabs her hand. Eian asks Kynemia to forgive him. He thinks about her situation hundreds of times and wants to remain the person she wants, but it didn’t work out the way he thought. Kynemia reminds him that she is curious about him but he is hiding something from her. She felt sorry and regretful that Eian risked his life and death on her, but even so, she was angry at the helpless feeling that she knew nothing and had been deceived. The empress dowager comes to the banquet at that moment, looking for Kynemia. Kynemia asks Eian to let go of her. He tries to let her ho, but the feeling that she won’t return holds him. Kynemia tell him to let her go and they will have a talk after the banquet is over. Kynemia returns to the banquet and meets Susan. Susan informs her that Keiril will be on trial to disband Erexina and she will deal with Marquis Heling. When Susan wants to have a toast at the banquet, Wolfman, Benjamin, and Eian disrupt it by entering the banquet. Wolfman hugs Kynemia while apologizing to her. Everyone is shocked by his actions. Kynemia signals Eian to help her but he also hugs her. Benjamin feels relieve as Wolfman and Eian didn’t kneel on the floor and gives his greeting to Susan. Kynemia’s uncle keeps getting piercing gazes from Wolfman and Eian, so he looks away outside the banquet. He watches Duke Everett talking with someone who looks like Eian. Kynemia can’t receive her award because Wolfman and Eian cling on to her, so she asks Susan to give it separately later. Wolfman and Susan have a talk about magic machines. Kynemia realizes that no one approaches her. Benjamin, who knows the fact that Eian surrounds Kynemia with magic power, so everyone who has magic power can feel and can't approach her, just shut his mouth. Kynemia who doesn't have magic power at all is the only one who can’t feel it. Eian, Wolfman, and Benjamin block her from her uncle. Eian asks if he is a good guy and tells her to wait several years so Eian will fit her taste. Kynemia, who realizes the misunderstanding, laughs and introduces her uncle, Count Tilton (he changed his name, not using Leon anymore). Her uncle apologizes to Kynemia if he has done anything wrong with Magic Tower, so she tells him that it’s fine. She can’t bring the misunderstanding to him. He thinks Eian has a brother because of the man who was with Duke Everett before, so Kynemia tells him that Eian doesn’t have brothers. When Kynemia looks at Eian and he waves his hand, her uncle thinks that her niece is in love to the extent of having an intense love fight before he knew it. He wants to make a poem (he is a 3rd rate poet) about her but she threatens him that she will take her life if he makes it. Kynemia has the first dance with her uncle. Her uncle tells her that she knew a little about her father when she tells him about the moment her mother died. Her father once told him that he will make the same choice again if he can turn back time. Kynemia reminds him that her father went around flirting with women so he replies that his brother had nothing but a handsome face. She lost in thought and stepped on his foot several times.
Spoiler: 121-125 After Kynemia finished the dance with her uncle, Eian warps Kynemia and himself to the place he confessed. Eian tells her that he almost says that he is okay if he is her lover, not the grand duchess. Thankfully she revealed that her partner was her uncle. She replies that he couldn’t even be the lover if he died. Eian pretends that he is hurt, but Kynemia doesn’t fall for it. She asks about the condition of his contract. He tells her that the contract will be activated when he loses control of himself, uses too much strength, or when he goes crazy. He tells her the story of his past. He wanted to kill his father who abandoned him, so he destroyed Morgan Kingdom. Eian is afraid Kynemia is scared of him because she is the only important thing in his life. Kynemia tells him to not be anxious, reminds him that he said that he is hers, asks him to not hide or do something stupid again. Finally she tells him that the day she killed Seltair, she thought the same thing as Eian (she doesn’t care if he is special) and she likes him. He asks if what she had said is true, tells her that he doesn’t like her as a friend and asks again if she still means the same as him. When Kynemia wants to return to the banquet, Eian can’t hold it anymore, so he kisses her. Duke Everett planned to attack Kynemia on her way back and frame Eian’s father’s ghoul as the culprit. His plan is ruined because Wolfman and Eian appear at the party. He needs another way to deal with Kynemia. Kynemia can’t sleep well. When she looks at the wolf, she remembers that Eian is the cause. She thinks about Eian’s power and remembers the book about artifacts that was found by Viscount Womack in the original story. She needs to send someone to look for it. She wants to carry the artifact she had found but the size is quite large. The artifact changes its shape into a ring, so Kynemia uses it on her index finger. Vanessa comes to wake her. She puts the ointment on her lips while telling her that her curfew is 7 pm and asks her to tell Eian. Kynemia goes to the training ground to clear her mind but Eian appears there. She tries to avoid him, not talk and just send signals with her body. When she looks at his lips, he realizes that his kiss last night was too excessive (He asked her to do it more and kissed her everytime she opened her lips). Kynemia finally gives up and talks with him. She asks about Wolfman. Because Wolfman rarely comes to the banquet, Kynemia thinks she needs to meet him in the magic tower. Kynemia asks Eian if he knows where Viscount Womack is and informs him of the artifact she had found before. Eian uses familiars to search. Eian tries to calm himself by offering to go to Magic Tower, but Kynemia asks him to do it later. He realizes that Kynemia hides her red face. He can’t stand it anymore. After teasing her, he tells her that he loves her. Kynemia replies that she loves him, too. Eian kisses her. Kynemia and Eian come to the Magic Tower together. Wolfman and Benjamin feel their atmosphere is different from yesterday. Wolfman thinks that Eian must be crying and begging to Kynemia yesterday. Kynemia asks Wolfman to undo Eian’s contract magic. Kynemia remembers that Wolfman said that he needed to renew Eian’s contract after he violated the rule in the mock game. As Eian’s magic grows with him, Wolfman renews the contract frequently. The contract actually also gives him a toll, as it only can be done by someone who has higher magic than Eian. Eian himself will surpass Wolfman soon. Kynemia asks him to not renew the contract and look for a way to remove the darkness from Eian. As she knew the darkness was actually Seltair’s ability, there must be a way to remove it from Eian, like it was removed from Seltair before. Wolfman, who couldn’t reject Kynemia’s request, gives Eian choices. Eian can choose to renew the contract or stay at magic tower until he finds a way to remove the darkness from Eian. Eian accepts the offer, as he can’t let himself put Kynemia in a dangerous situation. As Eian have Seltair’s power (the darkness) and Seltair itself still kept the body until she defeated it, Kynemia thinks where is Seltair’s soul go. There is a possibility the soul died (Personal note : The soul in Duke Jullian Everett’s body?). To ease Kynemia, Eian half sincerely and half joking tells her that even if he dies before he becomes a grand duchess, he will come back alive as he can’t die until he becomes grand duchess. Kynemia doesn’t know what to do with him. Wolfman and Benjamin think that she doesn’t need to hide their relationship so desperately. Even poodles raised next door probably know that they are lovers. Eian brings Kynemia to his room in the magic tower. He informs her about Viscount Womack’s death. It seems there is a connection with the Shaman Association for the cause of his death, even though he never had any relationship with the association. Kynemia tells him about the artifact so Eian guesses it has any relations with his power. Eian asks Kynemia to tell him just as much as he should know, so Kynemia tells him about the first warrior who created the empire but the truth about him couldn’t be found anywhere as if someone was hiding it. She still hides the fact about her previous life, making it look like a precognitive dream. Eian comments that it’s too accurate to call it a precognitive dream. It even surpasses God’s revelation. Kynemia also tells him that there is someone who wants to take his power. Eian informs her that only Wolfman, Benjamin, and Kynemia who knows the fact about the darkness. Rian tells her that Benjamin won’t touch Eian. Kynemia doesn’t believe Benjamin is the last boss.
Kynemia and Eian almost did it. I reccommend to read the raw for this chapters Spoiler: 126-127 Kynemia tells him that she has the ability since her father passed away. As only Kynemia and Eian knew the fact, Eian asks her to not tell it to anyone or he will be jealous and mean. Kynemia thinks about Eian who believes all her words unconditionally and blurts out that she likes that side of him. Eian loses patience then showers her cheeks with kisses. Kynemia, after setting a safe distance, continues to tell him about the story she knew from a book, the way Kynemia turned into a villain. They need to find out about Viscount Womack but already know that the Shaman Assosiation won’t easily help. Eian tells her to stop thinking as she needs to sleep. He knew that Kynemia can’t sleep. Kynemia, who also feels Eian’s fatigue, offers to sleep with him. He asks her if she will let him do something strange, then he bites and licks her finger. Kynemia knows by her head that she must reject him, but her heart makes her say yes to Eian. Eian is frozen. He doesn't expect Kynemia to accept him. He hesitates but can’t stop. He comes to her, kisses her neck, but when his hand grabs the ribbon near her chest, Kynemia stops him, using the reason if the room is too bright so she can’t do it now. Eian, who can make the room darker, gets back his sanity. He almost does something unforgettable in a shabby room. He tells Kynemia that he will go for a while and tells her to sleep. Kynemia thinks that she offends him, so Eian back hugs her. Kynemia realizes what he means by leaving her for a while (to deal with ‘it’ by himself). She also thinks that she needs more time to prepare because of the unrealistic volume touching her body. Kynemia and Eian visit Judith together. Judith and her team, remembering the past when Eian made them work to repair the village, afraid of Eian. They think something will happen like that day, but for some reason, Eian seems strangely gentle and calm, as if trembling in front of a master. After reaching a conclusion, they give a pitiful look at Kynemia. Kynemia doesn’t know the reason why they look at her that way.
Spoiler: 128-130 Kynemia plans to ask Benjamin, the most honest person in Magic Tower, the reason why everyone looks like they are pitying her. Benjamin shivers while doing his job. Judith shows Kynemia the new version of golem which has a better efficiency. The power is reduced but the speed is increased. Everyone is happy with Kynemia’s reaction. Judith comes close to Kynemia and touches her shoulder. Eian gives her a pricking gaze and releases his magic. Judith moves away from Kynemia while lamenting him as an incarnation of crazy monopolistic desire. Kynemia thinks about Shamans Association that rejected her letter asking about Viscount Womack. Eian’s familiar approaches him. He tells Kynemia that the emperor wants to meet her. The person who Kynemia met at the library is actually the first warrior who is well over a thousand years old. He helped Francis, the current emperor, to gain the throne. He sent Kynemia to the 10th floor after the emperor asked empress dowager to allow Kynemia to go to the tower. They plan to reveal everything to Kynemia. The leader of the library introduces himself to Kynemia as Kim Woojin. He was a Korean who died then made a contract with God who sent him to the current world to completely destroy the evil that could threaten the world at any time and became the first warrior. He was also the one who gave Kynemia ‘The Chronicle’ (the book about the original story that she read in her previous life). Kynemia’s ability was also inherited from him. He did that to give her clues so Kynemia followed the protagonist's path. He did that because he can’t kill the evil. The most he could do is separate Seltair’s shell, power, and soul. Because what he had done could be read as violating the contract, his body’s time stopped so he couldn't die but his body continued to rot. With his remaining power, he could turn back time, but the length of time for each time he turned back time can’t be more than 10 years. He turned back time over and over, trying every possibility, then found out that Kynemia always dies and Eian loves her. So he thought that Kynemia is the key to kill Eian (as the darkness’s power remains in him). He continued to turn back time again and again, but always failed to save Kynemia. This time, by making Kynemia follow the path of the protagonist, is the most successful gambling, as now Kynemia still lives. After more than 300 turns back time, this is the first time Kynemia still lives and has a chance to talk with the first warrior and emperor. The first warrior asks Kynemia to kill Eian by stabbing his heart. They will give her title and other things she wants as the prize. Kynemia warns him about one thing, if he calculates the possibility she rejects his offer. He never thinks about it, because Kynemia also saves everyone she loves by killing Eian. He lets Eian and Kynemia meets in everytime he turned back time as he wants to make Eian falls deeper to her. He miscalculates the possibility to Kynemia also falls for him. Kynemia tells him about Eian’s contract. He never thought Eian would do something that far for her. If she successes to stab Eian’s heart, somehow he will lose his heart, but if she fails, there is a possibility Kynemia will end up like the first warrior (decaying but couldn’t die). The emperor asks if Kynemia has a relationship with Eian. Kynemia is blushing. She can’t talk properly. Even though sometimes the emperor and warrior bicker, both of them try to convince Kynemia. Even to the point he asks her what she will do if he uses the emperor's order to kill Eian. Kynemia replies that she will disobey the order to protect those she loves.
Spoiler: 131-135 Kynemia tells the emperor and the warrior that she will look for another method and let her do as she pleases, because in this timeline, her progress makes everything different from other timelines. The warrior tells her that Joseph Kroz (Eian’s father) is mostly the catalyst of Eian’s rampage in every timeline. There are several shakes when they have a talk. The exclusive commander of the imperial family knights comes to inform them. Duke Everett listens to Joseph’s story about how he tried to love Eian after his wife passed away, but he started to be afraid of him because of his power. There was a time that the villager almost chased them to burn them alive, so he lied to Eian to count until 100 when he left Eian alone. That event was the reason Eian destroyed the kingdom. Joseph realizes that Duke Everest smells like Eian. Duke Everett commands his workers to break Kynemia’s mother’s statue to take a gorgeous gold crown in the shape of a laurel wreath. He suddenly remembers the memory of his childhood. The moment when Kynemia’s grandfather called him a rat because he infiltrated the royal palace library searching for information about Seltair. The moment he met little Kynemia looked at his crying father when her mother passed away. He is the culprit for her grandfather and mother’s death. As Joseph has special abilities than normal ghoul, he offers Duke Everett to work together with him. Duke Everett accepts the offer so Joseph asks for numerous offering. The ground starts to shake. Kynemia asked Shen Tian to keep Eian while she went to the palace. They feel the ground shaking. There is a ghoul approaching Shen Tian but Eian defeats it. Eian watches Morgan, the kingdom he had erased, appear again. He only has one purpose, to protect Kynemia. When he almost goes to the palace, Kynemia comes to Hyeminwon. She asks Shen Tian to protect Hywminwon and Dark Knights to send a message to her castle in Leon. Kynemia asks Eian to go with her to look around the empire. Before she finishes the talk, Eian hugs Kynemia and looks at the sky. A strange curtain comes from the sky and there are voices that can be heard to everyone except Kynemia, telling them to worship the birth of the new king. Kynemia asks Behemoth to prepare as much as weapons. She informs them about the support they couldn’t ever be rejected to move them. She also asks Judith and her team to prepare as much as golem, but she replies that she doesn’t have enough manpower. Eian drags every wizard who does their research to help. It’s been a week since Castle Morgan appeared. Kynemia uses the wolf as her secret weapon to fight in the front lines. Eian accompanies her to support the fight. The golems and blue sword help the knights in the front lines. Kynemia looks at the fight and Castle Morgan for a while and wonders about what Eian thinks, as he has a habit to look at the castle and shut his mouth. She remembers what the warrior said about Joseph and Duke Everett. Duke Everett is the culprit of her grandfather and mother’s death. He's the one who has Seltair’s soul and Joseph using him for his purpose. Kynemia tells Eian to return as Wolfman waiting for them. Wolfman has a meeting with the ruler of each kingdom and empire to discuss the fight with Castle Morgan. The castle is in the shape of a cocoon, absorbing magic and hatred. There will be a big problem if it hatches. The widars will move, but need their support. Wolfman keeps Kynemia on his side on Magic Tower while Eian facing the castle. Eian uses his magic but the castle reflects it. When he tries to use more power, Wolfman stops him. He doesn’t want to expect an unimaginable result. One of the kingdoms which position near the castle tells everyone that someone saw Duke Everett’s knight entering the castle, so he wants the empire to take responsibility. When the emperor wants to say something about it, Kynemia offers herself to deal with it. The emperor addresses Kynemia as Grand Duke, signaling that he gives her the official title. When everyone gossiping about it, Wolfman claps his hand to congratulate her and makes others congratulate her. Wolfman has a meeting with Kynemia, Eian, and the elders of Magic Tower. The elders think that Wolfman goes crazy as he wants to use Kynemia, who doesn’t have magic power, to a war as a sacrifice. Judith comes to the meeting, brings a magical tool to show Kynemia’s ability. Everyone who looks at it shows interest, wants to use her for their research material.
Spoiler: 136-140 Wolfman reminds the elders while giving signals to look at smiling Eian. They already know how crazy Eian is about Kynemia so they give up. One of the elders offers himself to stay at Leon, but Wolfman tells him that he is the only wizard in Leon. Eian rejects it, saying Leon only needs him. Wolfman tells his plan to retire as The Lord of Magic Tower, passes the title to Eian, and has a calm retirement in Leon. Eian replies that Wolfman needs to look for a new Rikasha as Eian will take a grand duchess class. Kynemia comes to stop the childish fight using a tool to hide magic power which Judith brought. She puts the tool to Eian and makes him apologize to Wolfman. Wolfman accepts the soulless apology then they continues the meeting. Kynemia has a meeting with Eian, Shen Tian, and Law in Hyeminwon. She tells them about her plan to go with Eian (plus the wolf - as the warrior told her to keep it near). If they take more people,the preparation will be longer so it will increase the human sacrifice eaten by the castle. Shen Tian says that 3 people are needed to make medicine : the brewer, the helper, and the watcher. He wants to follow as the watcher. Law and Dark Knights are also ready to follow them. Kynemia accepts their request. Eian doesn’t like it so he tries to make Kynemia changes mind, but fails. Joseph gives something to a child who runs from monsters. Joseph tells her that his son will come to save her, so he asks her to give it to Eian, without telling him about Joseph. The child meets with Kynemia and Eian. She follows the instruction from Joseph. When Kynemia breaks the barrier, the thing which the child gave Eian brings him to another place. When Eian opens his eyes, he finds himself as a child counting, waiting for his father like in the past. But the difference is, this time his father comes to him. Kynemia fights with monsters while calling for Eian. Wolfman comes and joins the team. Kynemia tells him that Eian disappeared and she thinks that he must be trapped somewhere. Wolfman feels a strange magic power from a sphere near the castle. When they try to get close, higher level monsters block the way. Wolfman tells Kynemia to stay at the back, as she is the weakest. When Kynemia fights the monster from the back side, a wizard tells her that something strange is in the forest. Kynemia runs to the forest and finds knights trying to release Kynemia’s mother’s ghoul inside a carriage with Duke Everett's symbol. Eian can’t use his magic. His father is not a wizard, so he thinks his father learnt something when he was trapped in the darkness. He guesses a hallucination spell and mental magic infiltrated him, but he is still swayed by his father. When Eian is in that state, Kynemia remembers the past when her mother leaves her for a mission. She tries to explain it as simply as possible to Kynemia that she tries to protect Kynemia by doing her job. Even though her mother broke their promise again and again, Kynemia still loves her.
Kynemia and her mother's moment Spoiler: 141-142 Kynemia knows by her head if this is a trap, but her heart and body acts differently. She follows her mother when she grabs and drags her to run. Kynemia can see a lot of ghoul moves to the rear side of her troops. Her mother hides her in a tree, saying she needs to hide. Kynemia is swayed, thinking if this is her mother’s way to prevent her from warning the troops. Her mother gives mushrooms to her, saying that this time she does her promises (She promised Kynemia that they will walk together and pick mushrooms when she lives). Duke Everett looks at the place where shamans brought Kynemia’s mother to life. Kynemia’s mother revives as commander ghoul which has strong attachment to past lives. Shaman tells him that most commanders couldn’t forget their past memory, goes on run, chases after the one they love, but in the end lose their sanity and eat the loved one. Duke Everett thinks Eian’s father is also a strong commander, so it makes sense if Kynemia’s mother also has a strong will. The shamans convince him that they can use the restriction on her. Duke Everett lets them do it, as he likes to see Leon’s last blood (Kynemia) dies in the hand of the one she loves (her mother). Kynemia’s mother can hear the voices telling her to eat her loved one, but she tries her best to not follow it. She tells Kynemia about her resurrection. She won’t let anything touch Kynemia. The magic goes deeper into Eian, who is still in child form. His father tells him that he will introduce Eian to his friend. Eian remembers the past when he always hides Eian every time his father brings someone home. Eian follows his father even though he knows he must return, but he doesn’t know where he must return to. Kynemia tells her mother that she has friends and someone she likes. She needs to go to protect her friend. Her mother opens the path, telling her to not go back. When her mother can’t hold it anymore, she tries to kill herself. Kynemia comes back and hugs her, telling her that she will remove the bad magic. Kynemia holds her mother until she turns into dust.
Spoiler: 143-147 Kynemia threatens a runaway knight to bring her to Duke Everett. The Duke sits on the throne, enjoying his success. Kynemia comes and confronts him. The Duke wants to see her crying, so he tells her about the details of her grandfather’s death. He calls the ghouls but all of them become dust when reaching her. Kynemia keeps her calm and attacks him using her sword. The Duke grabs the decoration sword to defend himself. Kynemia almost defeats him as he has poor swordsmanship. He calls Joseph in a pinch. Joseph and Eian appear between them so Kynemia calls Eian’s name. Shen Tian, Dark Knights, and wizards defeat Valerie, a higher level monster, by cutting its head, but it comes back to life. The warrior comes as a support and tells them that the weakness of Valerie is in the heart. He stabs it using Kynemia’s rabbit blade. Eian can’t remember Kynemia, but he feels his heart throb by her call. Joseph asks Eian to help the duke. Eian joins the duke and spreads darkness. Kynemia thinks if the man (Joseph) must do something so Eian doesn’t react in the normal way he saw Kynemia. If that’s the case, she needs to get close to Eian. After killing Valerie, everyone sees the hatching cocoon and darkness also spreading in the sky. Wolfman tells them to continue the work. He will deal with the rest to boost up the wizards' morale. Wolfman thinks of Eian. Even though both of them bickering a lot, he thinks that he might have a child like him if he married, but sadly, the responsibility as The Lord of The Magic Tower is too high to get him on that kind of life. The Duke feels the power flows to him. He attacks Kynemia, holding her using a shadow dragon. He knows that the power flow in him isn’t at full force. Joseph realizes that Eian has a strange reaction towards Kynemia. He wants to use Kynemia to gain more control over Eian. The Duke tells Joseph to give him the power entirely. Joseph, who watches the duke who looks like an addict, finally reveals his true self. He summons a monster and uses the duke’s body as an offering. Joseph takes and swallows Seltair’s soul. Because Joseph killed the duke, the strain in Kynemia’s body is gone, but Joseph strains her again. He introduces himself as Eian’s father. He wants to kill Kynemia and send her head to Eian’s dream, to gain more control over his son. Kynemia thinks Joseph still doesn’t know that magic doesn’t work on her, so she wants to use it as a chance. Wolfman is almost out of magic power. He is pondering if he needs to use the restriction on Eian to end the war. The emperor comes at the right time, with all the kingdoms following him, as he had discussed with Kynemia and Eian to come when Kynemia succeed on breaking the barrier. The emperor holds Wolfman to use restrictions as it will make everything they had worked so far meaningless. Joseph commands Eian to use his magic toward Kynemia, but it doesn’t work on her. Realizing that Kynemia has the same ability as the warrior, and he knows Eian’s feeling as their soul connected through Eian’s power, he wants to kill her as soon as possible. The wolf comes to the rescue. Both Kynemia and Joseph call Eian, but in the end, Eian reaches out to Kynemia, breaking the spell on him. Eian sends Kynemia to his room at the Magic Tower while he is dealing with Joseph. Joseph curses in Eian, spats out everything, but in the end, when he feels the crisis, he offers him that he will make a beautiful cage to keep Kynemia for him. Eian, who thinks his father’s words are right, asks if that is the love he spoke of. In his heart, he thinks,’You might hate me, but isn’t this the best love I can give you?’ then put Kynemia’s sword to Joseph’s heart. Eian’s bracelet falls at the same time. The warrior thinks if he has failed as darkness spreads when Shen Tian, Law, and the warrior have a talk and share a drink. Kynemia watched everything from the sphere screen in Eian’s room. Spoiler: 148 - Ending Kynemia thinks about what she should say to move Eian. She thinks about her mother and Eian’s father’s words that told him that Eian’s love was a lie. Kynemia starts shouting, telling Eian that they will become family, she will have a child who looks like her, so Eian will love the child very much, even though in her mind, some troubles might happen or the reality will not be as sweet as her words. She approaches Eian’s figure in the child form while talking. She can see the shadow, which might be Eian’s father in his rear, but she ignores it. He stretches his hands toward her while she asks him to return. The darkness disappears. The warrior has a talk with the emperor while looking at the clear sky. The emperor says that no previous generation is better than the next generation, so the warrior replies that the empire will continue to develop if what he said is right. They return to the imperial palace. Eian takes and puts the bracelet. He returns to his room, but can’t find Kynemia. He sits at the desk where Kynemia is hiding herself. She reminds him that he was doing something wrong to her and punches his leg several times, so Eian apologizes. When she threatens him that she won’t meet him for a week, he bends down and tries to sneak towards her while apologizing. He tells her that he didn’t mean to leave her side easily. Kynemia tells him that she needs to tell him a lot of stories (the facts about her ability, the warrior, and his power). He tells her that she is his world, so even if she hates him, he will make the same choices, because anything that isn’t Kynemia means nothing to him. He thinks he was born in a way he can’t love anything other than her so he apologizes that he can’t be who she wants to be. Kynemia replies that he doesn’t need to worry because her child will look like her so he can’t help but love and his world will expand that much. She will come and save him again and again, if he gets tired and falls into darkness. In the end, she reminds him to not try to leave and stay by her side. Eian thinks his father was wrong and this feeling can’t be love. He tells her that he loves her while kissing her. Anxiety and fear would always be behind him but he still thinks it is good, because it will always be her who walks through his darkness. Spoiler: 149 - Epilogue Kynemia, along with Hyeminwon and and Behemoth, toured various parts of the territory to help post-war repairs until the day of her Grand Duke award ceremony. The ceremony was held in the center of the imperial palace. The capital was noisy throughout the emperor’s explosive remark that he thanks her and really cares about her. The nobles flock to her castle, so Kynemia goes to Hyeminwon. Everyone also praises her endlessly in Hyeminwon, so she goes to where Shen Tian, Woojin (the warrior), and Law gather. They talk while Shen Tien and Woojin drink, and Law makes crow embroidery for Kynemia. Even Woojin doesn’t know why he still lives. With Kynemia as the current warrior, she still thinks of a good way when another problem occurs later. Kynemia returns to her castle. She makes and flies a paper plane from the invitation letter while thinking the opportunists send her a lot of invitations. Vanessa, who witnessed the scene, reminds her to act nicely in front of others, as her action reminds her of Kynemia’s grandfather. Judith comes and tells Kynemia about the problem in Magic Tower. Wolfman chased the runaway Eian, after he suddenly told Wolfman that he needed to take lessons as he was officially grand duchess. The tired wizards don't have any leader at the moment. Vanessa is shocked so Kynemia tells her that she doesn’t do ‘anything’ what she had thought. Judith tells them that Eian said that he got a grand marriage proposal from Kynemia. Kynemia suddenly remembers when she said they will become family. She tries to deny it but Eian appears and hugs her, telling her that he is sad if she lied to him. Everyone looks at their bickering happily with a motherly smile. That's all so far. No set date for side story, but even when the side story appears, I'll need quite a long time, as it's harder to get Kakao Cash nowadays (and they are not allow me to buy the cash). I've read to the end of this novel. This is a very good novel in my opinion BUT I want to complain about this novel!! I think this lacks fluffy and sweet moments. I really hope there is an after ending story. How could they miss the wedding and about the children .
There is an announcement for side story, but they not reveal when. It's same case with I Shall Master This Family. Both authors works for the same company (D&C), both has series wait for side story while they work on new ongoing novel.
