Hello~ Major long shot, but I'm looking for a qt bl novel that I only remember the gist of. The MC (unsure if gong or shou) is bound to a QT system and he was questioning why his long time friend irl confessed to him. I vaguely remember he rejected it or ran away because he was confused on how someone he treated like a brother can like him. While in the arcs, the ML all look like his friend. If anyone is reminded of anything similar, please drop a title Please don't +1/camp as per NUF rules.

Thank you for replying I gave a few chapters a read. It seems like it's not the one since the ML here has a different appearance in each world (but identifiable by birthmark). The one I remember has ML with same appearance as original world. I'm adding this one to my reading list though since it looks angsty
Thank you for your reply It's not this one. The mc origin is not from any higher realm / god realm / transmigration bureau. Just a normal, modern world vibe.
