Forgotten Title BL Sick MC Betrayed By Lover

I am hoping someone can help me find this chinese BL that I MTLed a while back.

I think the MC might have had a successful jewelry business maybe....? He found out the he was sick and also found that his lover who might or might not work at the same business betrayed him. Then to the MC's surprised, the person (ML) that he thought was the enemy is lending him a helping hand and might have been assisting in secret all along.

I don't recall whether this novel has a HE or BE.

it would be really awesome if someone has come across this novel and remembers the title.

Unfortunately, I don't believe it is this one either. I can't be for sure that the MC has a jewelry business, just an inkling - is it somekind of business. But the rest (sick mc, betrayal, enemy to lovers/secret love), I am like 90% sure. I don't believe the novel was translated at that time either.

I don't believe this is it, but I was reading this one, but stopped to wait for more chapters to be translated. Gotta say the age difference between the MC and ML is a little hmmmmm...or maybe the MC just felt too young, he is in school afterall.

I forgot the name of a novel,

The story is like this:
The main Charakter (Uke) transmigrated in every world and have to bring the protagonist of the world to like him,
After 6 world, MC is kind of tripped in an idol world he was already in Vampir, ABO, futuristic world: were the (protagonist) king has disabled legs und Mc is his step brother.
He was in total of 7 worlds.

Every protagonist crashes in the idol world and the main Charakter have to deal with every protagonist and he also switches his body’s that he had in the previous world uncontrollably
