I machine translated the first chapter and I can already tell there’s a strong MC (she was a knight) and she just wants to leave and find happiness after the war. I’m really interested in the story and if no one picks it up after a month or so I’m going to machine translate it on my own which won’t be nearly as good considering that I know 0 Korean and it takes forever to do just one chapter but I’ll try! she may have been strong, but this is romance and each of those men will end up helping her and having intimate moments with her. her strength will be nowhere to be seen she will be like those male characters in Japanese anime and manga where she gets saved and then one shots the enemy toward the end.

 

I know, but they still have similar tropes like she will act all tough and independent smack the guys and what not, but will end up getting close to the guys need their help getting intimate the works. Ive seen plenty of K drama.

 

Well the first chapter is actually pretty intense, it talks about how she was from the streets and was taken in and trained and even an instance when her master tells her to cut off her pinky and she was about to but right before she did her master put his hand over hers and she cut off his instead, it was a test of loyalty or something. She did take part in the war and was offered a mansion and honor but she only decided to take the money to leave and try to find happiness even though she thinks she can’t be happy. In my opinion from what I understood she didn’t seem to be like on of those people who can’t do anything for themselves, she genuinely seems to have strong aspects and like she’s honest. we also can’t expect her to be perfect cause that’s unrealistic. it’s hard to not depend or want to depend on anyone because people need each other

This will be getting a manhwa adaptation at some point this year (it was announced by D&C - the publisher - along with some other titles). Regardless, I'd love to see the novel translated too!

It seems to be so, I machine translated the 1st chapter and some of the second and the guys on the cover were all asking the Duke about her and where she went, they were a bit fired up about it

 

I've read a bit of it & so far they're all interested in her, yeah. But "true" reverse harem...

I'm not sure it's "true reverse harem" since she ends up with one of them, not all of them by the end of the novel (according to reviews), so I guess it depends on your definition of a proper reverse harem.

 

If she end up with one, then it is not true reverse harem. True reverse harem is MC end up with all guys

In fact, the official preview video was released on D&C’s Youtube channel 2 days ago! Meaning, it’ll definitely be coming out soon (in Korean). With the way the scanlation community operates these days, an English translation will be out within a day or so of the manhwa’s original release, so I wouldn’t worry about waiting too long :>
