What do you disagree about, @SummerForest? Also, I think I should mention the book names when I quote them. It was a novella about an old man with Alzheimer's. Growing old is many people's fear anways. Fear of imagination giving up before the body does.
I disagree with the idea expressed here that aging hinders the process of getting new ideas. Although it is true in general, there are many exceptions. But now that you explain the context, I don't see anything to disagree with.
Bee's are generally pretty gentle.... they don't want to die if they can avoid it, which is what happens when they use their stingers. They are pretty fascinating.
