Like some easy stuff that really helps like making a playlist to pavlov myself into doing specific tasks like cleaning or self care, getting some food safe specialized biting things cause my teeth kind of like itch if I get overwhelmed/anxious, make/buy smoothies if you don't have the energy to make a full lunch so you don't skip eating. Automatically populating to-do lists and even on really bad days, just doing one task you can so you can atleast be hapy about managing to have a better day than a 0 day (just freezing looking at the ceiling for hours or mind numbing hyperfixation on something)

For real though, it's hard to keep up with everything going on. As much as. possible, I try to do everything in one go so I can just laze around haha. Otherwise, I'll be too tired to do anything all day

It'll get better eventually, and I'm slowly feeling it do so, Actually managed to sleep long today, so maybe I can get back the sleep I missed over last weekend due to the pain. Good thing though, It's pretty painless on my office chair so I can game on my PC without much pain

I can also unfortunately relate to waking up w/ a headache...however I do get 9h of sleep everyday which is something impossible to do in the summer :D crazy what winter does to bears

Thats what the antibiotics are for...though my doctor clearly doesn't know my love for roleplaying opium addicts in barotrauma. Writing that out to me was a mistake xD necessary though, would love to stand for more than a few minutes at a time

Went today, and ya boy got Pneumonia! the good o'l human nightmare for the past 100 or so million years. Shit's pretty horrible but I got good meds for it so I'll be better in about 1,5 weeks or so

Yeah, me too, honestly the codeine helped a bunch with my general back and breathing pains, but fuck if my shoulder does not give a flying fuck about my meds and just keeps on hurting like a bitch

Anxiety + autism tends to bring that out in me. panic circles have even helped me power trough migraines, tooth aches and overstimulation
