I'm translating “真好啊....“, like obviously it's "so good", but I want to somehow transfer the sinister and malicious tone that it's being used in. Some ideas: (that are kind of tentative, and I don't really like) - It's truly so good... - It's so good... (the og, ig tone is subjective, and maybe I'm just overthinking this) - This is/It's really good.... - This is (so) great..... - How great is this.... (this kind of changes it a bit too much but idk) - It's so good ah.... (i hate this, how do some translators make this sound good) Context: 这样茫然无措的她,多么的单纯可欺,抓着他的衣角全心全心地依靠着他、相信着他…… This kind of ignorant and helpless her, how utterly simple to deceive, holding onto the corner of his shirt and wholeheartedly relying on him, believing him….. 真好啊……
this kind/sort/side of her was really good or substitute good with fancy sounding synonyms, at this moment I can only think of fantastic
Thanks for all the advice, all great tips to create a nice sinister tone, I decided to go with How lovely.... ......
