Can anyone tell me the difference in A Mistaken Marriage Match series •A Mistaken Marriage Match Generation of Military Counselor •A Mistaken Marriage Match Record of Washed Grievances •A Mistaken Marriage Match Mysteries of the Imperial Harem If you know can you tell me the difference
It's the story of three different mc and as far as I have read the content is pretty different. One is traditional internal palace/political struggling. Two other is transmigration story, one focused on detective/military training and the other is forensic/romance
Basically, it's best to read Generation of Military Counselor first because it explains how a forensic expert and a military woman got transported into the past. These two women possessed the bodies of 2/3 sisters. The sisters are the protagonists of the three books (1 sister=1 book). Generation of Military Counselor = about the military woman Record of Washed Grievances = about the forensics expert Mysteries of the Imperial Harem = about the remaining sister; protagonist is not a transported from the future.
Each series follows a different sister & setting/focus in each is different Order: Grievances (1st sister) Military (3rd sister) Harem (2nd sister)
That difference I know what I meant is like.... Ok here's a example The military one and detective one is basically hmm... Like two from future but different perspective... Hmm let me get this straight tell me if I'm wrong 3 Qing sister sent to different place? Will they come to interact together(i know the military one and washed grievance mc already met (from military perspective cause I only read the military one)) Yes that's what I wanted to know I was so confused So basically A Mistaken Marriage Match series is just one big story with 3 sister from different perspective tell me if I'm wrong
Yes. They were sent to different places but these 3 books happened simultaneously from each of the sister's perspectives, so you may notice mentions of some scenes from the other books.
Personal opinion by the order you wrote it: 1.Asshole male lead, spunky female lead, interesting story. 2.Haven't read yet, only started the first few chapters. Kinda boring story (I'm just not into medical dramas). 3.EXTREMELY asshole male lead, boring female lead, extremely aggravating story (palace intrigue). The three female leads are sisters, given as gift wives to three different guys. Let's not question that. It's all a matter of taste, I just found I preferred that Military Counselor one more than the other two, even though I'm not that much into detective stories, either. I might have enjoyed them more if the male leads weren't so different from my type. What can I do? I really like decent guys. They don't need to fall in love at first sight, just behave like a decent human being to a stranger. Only that. They don't even have to be kind, just neutral. Just don't be a self-entitled prick. They can be as cold as an iceberg, but Spoiler: spoiler I guess when you see a tied up woman on your bed, looking uncomfortable as fck, and who's probably been forced to be there, you don't just leave the room and lament your bad luck for having a wife forced on you. You untie her and attempt a conversation. Or, untie her and kick her out with some cash. Or even better, untie her and find her a job around the house, if you can't kick her out for whatever reasons. It's the decent thing to do. When I read such stories with these types of male leads, I always hope the female lead will be a petty bitch till the end. Even when the male lead falls for her, she'd be like: "No way. Remember that time when blah-blah-blah. You've never stood a chance." Then go away with the secondary male lead, who's cute like a puppy, utterly devoted, and loves her to death. And this male lead is not even that bad compared to the utter assholes in some other stories.
Yeah the Male lead of Imperial Harem is unforgivable. I still wish she would kick him to the curb somehow
what can we expect from that certain male lead who has a screwed childhood, mother (and other relatives,) and living hell aka palace and kingdom to manage, lol?
*hmph* unforgivable. I still remember that first time. He doesn't deserve our MC for just that reason alone
1. Best Couple. 2. Favourite Female Lead. 3. Best story (?) Some may disagree, but that's just my opinion. I think every book has its own special trait that sets them apart from the other. The 3rd one is a little difficult, as already said in the spoilers, but the book still isn't bad. I don't regret reading it, it was quite enjoyable and with substance. It has suspense and all the plot and intrigues you expect in an Imperial Harem storyline. The relationship is the kind of relationship readers fall for, it is far too dark and complicated and therefore falls more into the lamenting category, but still interesting. Hence, the reason why I said "best story" because it is interesting, also very sad and very different from the previous two, where everything, more or less, goes smoothly for the MCs. Here, there is quite a lot of heartbreak, but also agitation for the readers and takes the reader more on a rollercoaster, I feel.
