Ryul snickers to himself when she was talking about good compensation from the Guild.

Ryul shrugs as he knows Arawn is a big boy and can find his own seat.

 

She slightly nods her head knowingly.

Deanna sits down at the table and asks, “What drinks are there?”

 

Arawn pulls up a chair and takes a seat as well.

"Hmm... How much money do you have?" Arawn asks. "Some stuff is too expensive for E-ranks like us."

 

She thinks on how much she has left from her travels to here and replies, “25 large copper coins.”

 

"Best to stick with ale, maybe," Arawn suggests. "Or milk. Milk is always a nice option."

 

“How much?”

 

"Both are only 2 Small Coppers."

Ryul gestured Pierre, the barkeep, to come over.

 

*sneakily approached during their conversation* It depends on what ale you're willing to go with~

I personally recommend Pierre's special aged Ale for 3 Large Coppers, but you can get his personal favorite for just 1 Large Copper, which is an amazing deal you cannot miss~

Or... You can get that cheap stuff I suppose... Don't expect much from the taste though... >.>

Arawn cries out horror.

"No! Don't listen to them," he warns. "They'll bleed you dry..."

He closes his eyes and once again worships Bill's eternal benevolence.

"This one's on me, since you're new here," Ryul orders a round of ales from Pierre for everyone before Deanna could be further deceived by the receptionist.

 

“Okay, then.” Deanna makes a mental note to treat Ryul someday

*the bartender quickly passes an ale in a well-embroidered mug to her* There you go, enjoy it~

Ryul shakes his head in regret. He had tried his best.

"Anyway, Deanne. Tell us about yourself. I guess, besides your reason for coming to the Guild."

 

Ryul silently hands Pierre the additional coins all the while wondering just how much more shameless Miss Aria could be. He secretly thinks that he's only scratched the surface...
