The TV version of IGPX debuted on the first weekend of Nov. 2005 and exactly 1 month after its Japanese premiere. Bang Zoom dubbed it. IT was the first ever simuldub. "Space Dandy" was a Winter 2013/4 title. Simuldubs become more of a seasonal thing in the fall of 2014. So, why do you think it took almost 9 years for a simuldubs to become a seasonal thing?

The 3 main stars were Haley Joel Osment, Michelle Rodriguez, and Hynden Walch (Starfire on "Teen Titans Go!").

I still have a shirt that came in a special edition of the first DVD vol. of that show. This was almost 14 years ago.

I still wish that they had continued the original micro-series of it (2003 release). I remember playing the flash "tactics" game for that.

You can't really compare that one to most other simuldubs, from what I can tell that was a series co-produced by Cartoon Network so it was likely intended to have a dub from the very start.

Yes, it was a Toonami and Production I.G. collaboration.
