MC's love interest is the chief antagonist. The tripping occurs during their battles. However they battle(with iron and magic, or through men and wits) they develop a grudging respect for the other. Both are as Dantalian would say it "Heinously competent". (Dungeon Defense would have worked if Elizabeth was the heroine). They should have no peer save each other I'd like a conclusion to the romance. (tragic may be they kill each other in battle, maybe they abandon duty and responsibility, and run incognito. Maybe they get married and bring peace to their lands). The nature of the conclusion doesn't matter, I merely ask that there be a conclusion. Also antagonist should be really, really pretty. I'll take any demographic(though I'm biased against Chinese works).
For the lulz: Defection - the main-character is a supervillain whose kinda-love interest is a superheroine, her ex-boyfriend is an alien bent on killing the villain cause said villain "kidnapped" her own civilian identity to break up with the boyfriend and her parents are the premier superheros out to catch the villain. At this point you can probably tell, its comedy... In a side-plot, Blazing Stars would work as well, one of the teammates of the main-character (and potential love-interest) became a vigilante to kill a certain supervillain - who is the sister and only remaining family-member of the main-character. Sadly updates for this one are far and few between so noidea if there will ever be a conclusion. Oh, bonus points for the sister who, in her civilian identity tries to seduce the teammate
They don't have to be heroes and villains though. Being generals of opposing armies was kind of what I was envisaging.
Laura OFC!!! Out of all the grill, only she who see mc as mc not someone who love the same thing or a tool or subordinate. This just my opinion
Forget the poll. I want recommendations. I'll delete the poll if there are too many off topic posts. -_-
This is not a thread to debate the best Waifu. I want my recommendations. If it turns into a DD thread, I'll delete the poll.
Elizabeth and Dante, could be what I want. However, I don't want a harem. Liz isn't even the primary heroine, so it doesn't fit.
Your and My asylum ... Mc is summoned to be killed by the female lead for fun... a battle of wits for survival follows
The only thing I can think of is "The Probability I Can Kill My Wife Without Being Found Out" / "A Game To Make Him Fall". It's not an earth-crossing xianxia or anything of the like, but it is about a couple trying to outplay each other. They marry for political reasons (in a slightly futuristic setting), but hate each other as soon as the wedding is finished.
