Asus goes bluescreen with the diagnose problem, then bluescreen to auto repair, restart does not help, shut down then turn on does not help, refresh does not help, left with other options like wiping out the files to turn comp back on, any idea on what to do now?
You've already tried turning it off and on again... that's about the extent of my knowledge, sorry...
If your pc is new and sfc scannow dont works could be in the best scenario a bad driver in the worst a part like the bluetooth broken, unnistall all the software you installed in the last month and CCleaner, if don't works call for technical support
you have to determine if the problem is software or hardware When it turns on listen for any strange sounds like clicking from your hard drive. If your hard drive makes clicking sounds, the reader head is broken (it's fucked) software can't fix hardware faults
I second using Linux. Might as well make it permanent too since it doesn't force such things onto you.
Its mostly either the OS is corrupted or the hard disk is dmg. I also had the same problem. Sent it to service centre, thought its software issue but found out its hardware. Not willing to change it so i got a 250gb samsung exo 860 ssd. Boot OS on it n its mostly works. I still got an occasional disk repair on bootup. I would still need to change it but as long as OS boots, im fine with what i hav now
Also, even aft i format that dmg hard drive, did scans n disk check which shows disk ok, i still got the repair screen.
bsod strike u good maybe the video card or hardisk is damage got the same prob with my laptop can be reformat to know the prob .once the laptop automatic install the drives and etc. then if all successful installation then no drive prob but if the automatic install got an error then thats bad news, got me my laptop video card prob only knew when i reformat my laptop and do a automatic drive installation .it didnt detect my video card cuz its damage.
