We always hear how cultivation in novels does wonders for constitution, removing various impurities and all that. Characters in cultivation novels also seem to seek death on a daily basis - which should produce a steady supply of fresh bodies. Is there any story where it is exploited and encouraged by some *humanitarian* third party (i.e. "friendly grandpas")?
Friendly granpa? You mean granpa inside a ring? Coiling Dragon? Oh, and I don't know what you mean in the title?? Can't connect it what you talk about..
He doesnt eat the bodies, but in Warrior's Promise MC martial spirit can absorb the blood from corpses to increase his cultivation

Cannibal masterminds set up cultivation schools to acquire steady supply of human meat, with the real goal of cultivation being not the advertised "immortality" but "improving the taste and quality of their meat".
