Well that was really an unexpected turn of events. At this point I'm confused on which is which, but oh well.I think I made my choice though.

I suggest speeding this up and just stabbing each other if you so desire, or just voting to end the Day Phase early, because not much can be done with two players that want to kill one another. You can also say right now what powers/stabs you wish to use during the Night Phase and immediately voting to end the Night Phase.

If one just wishes to suicide. It's fine too. Just say so.

After three days and two nights of scheming. It was finally over. All the mad dangerous people on the kingdom were gone. Only the righteous and just @Glass Shard remained. She looked at the corpses of her former comrades and was saddened about all the blood that needed to be spilled for the sake of the kingdom's future... But now, it was time for a better future. A future where she ruled.

GM Thoughts:

I think this was actually a change for the better. The game flowed more nicely without the Double IMO... That said, the early game was a bit messy because Ginger talked very little and Fossil said nothing of relevance for the most part. Which ended up pushing things in a weird direction.

Having less known allies also makes it a lot more risky to roleclaim right now, which I'd say is a good thing... People still do roleclaim though, and I dunno what to do about that, even though I think the game works out better when people avoid roleclaiming... Maybe I should add a tip on the start of each Night Phase that says something like... "If you don't know how to start a conversation, saying one-two roles that you are not might be a good way of sharing some information to get the conversation going."

On that note, I should probably start each game saying something along the lines of... "If you don't know what to do with your knife, scheduling 'Stab whoever stabs me' is always a good idea." To like... Well, make people use retaliatory stab a bit more. Almost nobody uses this schedule for some reason... Though well, not many stabs happened in the first place. You all should probably use your knives more~

I was also happy with the Sorcerer's reduced starting HP making a difference. I think it was a nice balance change for the Sorcerer~

And uhn... Maybe it might be better to trigger Sudden Death once 2 people have died instead of 3 people... Not sure on this one, but I think the trigger conditions are too narrow right now and will almost never come into play, so... Two deaths might make it more relevant. Miiro could have actually won this game if Sudden Death had triggered one day early, for example... With the way the rules currently work, Glass Shard had won the moment that Night Phase 2 had started. Had Sudden Death triggered at the start of D2, she probably wouldn't have been able to win without choosing a night chat partner for N2 to try making an alliance. And well, I just don't like it when the optimal play is to not choose anyone for the night, or when the game has already a guaranteed winner before it actually ends. I think this kind of small change could lead to better gameplay.

That was a nice game for me mostly because I actually had the chance to talk with my Night Partners, so no stagnation there to be honest. At least everything went according to plan for me, and this is a satisfying result.
