In chapter 42, Juliet talked with the grandmother who didn't allowed her to live with Romeo. When she went back, she saw everyone talking happily and, for some reason, Rosaline lets Romeo touch Mino ' s head (we were not told why). When Juliet saw this scene, she had a really scary look on her face (something like the villains in stories when they are going to do something bad) (In that moment she didn't look innocent at all)

In chapter 43, Mino was running around and Rosaline wanted to run after him so that nothing would happen to Mino. Then suddenly Juliet firmly held her hand and said something like she will take care of it; but she in fact violently pushed Rosaline towards the pond. Romeo wanted to catch her, but fortunately it was Paris. They both got wet and had to get changed. When Rosaline brought Paris a change of clothes, he hugged her while bare-chested telling her how worried he was. Well, yeah. But she was portrayed as someone naive and manipulated by Romeo. However, now it seems like she finally showed her true face (twisted like Romeo)
I agree, she was definitely originally being portrayed as a victim of Romeo's manipulation (at least in the Webtoon version). It wasn't unreasonable to assume Romeo was playing them both like in other versions that take a twist on the play, so this feels like a twist at best and an about face at worst.

Yayy. She probably is manipulated, but she is vile and holds unfair grudge towards Rosaline. Juliet acted on her own instinct to murder Rosaline, which makes her equally evil. [Let's say even if Romeo triggered her somehow, she still is someone who is very dangerous and it doesn't makes her any less bad.]

I think it is out of jealousy, after seeing how close they were and Paris hugging Rosaline when they fell... It's not part of his plan as it was stated (Mercutio and the other guy said) that he changed his plans after one dinner (although they were minor changes, according to Romeo)
