It's right firstly boil water with a spoon of turmeric powder after water becomes hot add teaspoon of vicks vaporub in it Well, curcumin is rich in antioxidants
But it is what you thought it was. Stop being so paranoid and deep. You're not Jaden Smith for god's sake! (...are you?)
Just the other day Ai-chan was teaching a friend who has a similar problem. Ai-chan taught him Ai-chan's well-tried method of pressing against the acupoints that would help. Frankly, Ai-chan didn't know it was an acupoint at first, Ai-chan just knew it worked. Yeah, Ai-chan developed acupuncture independently. Anyway, here are the stuff: For difficulty of sleeping, keep GB20 pressed until your brain activities are reduced. You won't die or suffer any illness. The problem with people is that they think too much, often about unnecessary things. GB20 cuts that down to the bare minimum for several minutes, allowing you to go to sleep and recover. Take note that GB20 is a pair, not just one. For problem with fever or flu, press on GV16. Most people do not realize that fever and runny nose is actually psychological after the first few hours. That's right, it's psychological, you can wish them away if you know how. If you've sneezed a few times, your body has already recovered except for very bad cases. The reason why you still has runny nose and high temperature is because you subconsciously believe that you're still sick. Pressing GV16 ceases these thoughts. If you do it right, the moment you keep this point pressed for one minute, your runny nose will clear up and your temperature will normalize for a few minutes. Just enough for you to go to sleep so that you can cut these unnecessary thoughts. The article accompanying this suggested pressing it with your own fingers, but Ai-chan has a better idea. Press these two points against the crossbar of your bed until you can go to sleep. Your heavy head will force these points to be pressed against the bar without you having to do anything. Your head is heavy enough. It works 100% of the time. For headaches, there is a particular point behind your head that is different for different people. But you would know it because it sticks out more than the rest of your skull but when you press it, it feels soft unlike your skull. Grind this point against the bedpost. You will know it's the right point because you will start feeling sleepy. For migraines, just grind your temples against the crossbar. It does wonders. The first time you did it when you have a migraine will feel painful, but then it starts to feel very good. It's like having your kid grinding his heel against your temple, but without troubling your kids.
Woah, thats a surprisingly detailed answer! Thanks there, Ai-chan :'p I will without a doubt be trying that sleep one sooner or later, haha
