Synopsis:

A pretty good comedy, the MC dies a miserable death and decides to become evil in his next life, but he sucks at it and people thinks he is good and generous

The MC can be a little dense at the times and there is an indirect antagonists that keeps the interest going on by having the readers wonder what will he try next and how will his plans be crushed, the setting is in space with magic and technology so there is plenty of space for all fetishes reader's preferences

The MC always asks for a bribe in gold, but because of space mining gold is relatively common and cheap, so the people around him thinks he is asking for a symbolic bribe because he is just that generous

The MC requests a martial arts teacher to learn to fight, but he gets a swindler who tricks him into believing he is an actual OP wandering master, despite of this the MC actually manages to become strong by following the bullshit training program and develops the fake martial art into a real one

This story is great, and I blame myself for almost missing out on it. The first time I tried it I quit without finishing the first chapter because I hate whiny narcissistic MCs, who think because they suffered they have the right to make everyone else suffer. It was only because it kept showing up in new chapters that I gave it a second shot and realized the author was actually mocking that kind of MC.

it's his past life. Well technically the guide is constantly trying to betray him but he's just awful at it and it's gotten to the point the MC thinks the guide's practically his guardian angel.

 

Plz tell me Power levels in this novel?

Yes, the guide’s incompetence is astounding.

I’m sure at some point, when the MC gets his head out of his a$$, he will point that out to the Guide in excruciating detail...with fatal results.

 

It's easy to enjoy the chapters when it is about Liam hunting pirates, hopefully it will be a recurrent joke

 

This is one of my favorite novels to read right now. The whole "MC plans to do bad but does good" concept is something to enjoy. It's such a guilty pleasure, reading about how the antagonists think they've got it good and a few chapters later, get their heads smashed in by heaven's skies. The latest chapter was especially satisfying. And the world building is pretty nice as well. Can't wait for more.

 

I’m gonna let it build chapters for a bit...this novel is like ice cream...too much on a regular basis is bad...I wanna enjoy brain freeze binging a lot on a single sitting.
