I usually drink milk tho if I really really really cant fall asleep..and it works dont know why.. Is it a placebo effect or is there any scientific explanation on drinking milk can help you sleep?
baby sleep after drinking milk......it's just show your mental age... well i usualy drink tea becuase it's help me relax....

disable internwt and stop holding your phone. . . and turn off your PC or TV. . . turn lights off. . . get in a comfy position and stop thinking things. . . oh and close your eyes. . .
I close my eyes and turn my eyes all the way back in my head to the left. It seems there's some spot that puts me to sleep if my eyes are positioned that way.
Play boring games, doing repetitive thing like farming common item will easily make your eyes fall. However farming super rare item will make backfire effect
Why is there no option for closing your eyes and doing nothing? Thats what I force myself to do when I can't fall asleep (I then fall asleep after an undetermined amount of time).
Don’t look at any tv, computer, or phone at least an hour before bed. It’s proven that the light on electronic screens makes insomnia worse.
Excersice during the day so you are tired when you are about to sleep. I used to have problems falling asleep so i began to go to the gym everyday for about 2 hours, then at night i rub one out, shower and fall asleep in a matter of seconds.
Do the milk thing, but also what really helps me, which is taking a shower in the dark. having the hot water and seeing no light even with my eyes open makes me relaxed and ready for bed. Some side notes. 1. make sure the path to the bathroom and back to your bedroom is dark as well as taking a dark shower and then opening the door to a light polluted house negates any benefits. 2. make sure you know where everything is in your shower. soap, shampoo, towel, anything that might be in the way, etc. That way you won't overreach or trip and fall in the dark. 3. Be disciplined. theres always another chapter to read or video to watch, but when its time to go to bed, its time to go to bed. How is your physical activity for that matter?
