Question Is Isohungry Translations website down?

I haven’t been able to access the website for over a week now. I can see that chapters are being updated, but every time I try to go to the website is says that the internet connection is broken.

 

I've been experiencing something similar, it keeps triggering my internet security I get flags that say the website is unsafe and if i chose to proceed anyway i get the no internet connection message.

 

It's up for me. Checked just now.

 

They got hacked recently.

I have had similar issues in the past.

I can't recall the site owner name but they are many similar threads like yours

Oops I meant to reply earlier but I forgot. Irl stuff is killing me lol. We did get hacked, our site got reported as malware, phishing reports, they changed our tag line to some sketchy Japanese thing, all that Jazz. Most of it is fixed now thanks to Pyon and i got it unreported. It should be alright, let me know if it still isn’t.

Oof. Try clearing your cookies + cache and see if that helps. We'll look into it in the meantime.

 

I’ve already done that, but I can’t still access the website. I think that perhaps the region I live in is denying access to the website because they feel that there is content that is forbidden in this region, the UAE. I’ve seen something similar happen to Wattpad as well, but they fixed it.
So maybe the hacking left something on your website...?

 

Pyon (our techie) just checked the server and there's nothing malicious left so... we really don't know either, sorry . Maybe your country's firewall is just taking a while to refresh/rescan? We're going to move backends soon though, so hopefully that'll fix it.
