i think mc is a male here. not sure if its BL and i dont remember if its a QT. Mc transmigrates into a body and understands that the house he is now living in has a bad feng shui and he is prone to die due to accidents, so he changes the decoration of the house. i think original owner's grandfather/grandmother had smth to do with ghosts and such and original body was not interested in it. i think the bad decoration is there purposefully. then later he is taken back to a big family and he is told he is some child of a big family who deals wtih ghosts and taosit things. no one in the family is friendly to him. then they go to a mountain/hilltop where mc has a bad feeling and i think some ppl die there. somewhere in between he meets a taosit master when he is checking a suicide case at an apartment. MC is very good at feng shui but his family underestimates him always. i think he had 2 brothers and 2 or 3 sisters in that big family dunno if this is related to this or another novel, but i think two people die by falling into a pond and that pond has some arrays. Also there is a boy who is weak, by mc somehow befriends/saves him or smth and the boy is very rich EDIT:- its psychic

Not sure what MC is before possessing the body who was an artist, but the ML is a psychologist or something. MC's apartment complex was built in a way that attracts bad juju. The investors(?) would mysteriously die and apartment owners would have bad luck. Supporting ML (or real ML, I don't remember) was the latest investor/owner of the apartment complex and have such bad luck that he almost died constantly. He was saved by MC and always pay MC money to make sure MC would keep him safe. MC didn't leave the apartment complex because he can 'eat' the bad juju and turn it into power. Not sure about big family but OriMC died alone in his apartment and MC took over his body. Somehow MC was involved in a murder case because he drew a murder scene right before it happened and later MC also tweeted death predictions of artists. Police acquitted him because the murderer was someone else/MC had alibis. This made people proclaim MC as a psychic. There's a show that gather many so called psychics to test whether they were genuine or not or trying to prove it's all science. ML was one of the jury/judges. He's a psychologist and actually a bit of psychopath himself (not sure if he ever killed anyone before) behind a gentleman persona. He was intrigued with MC and paid attention to him a lot. One of the scenes from the show was after narrowing down to the most genuine psychics; a boy with extra perception(?), shaolin/taoist monk, and few others, they have to guess what's in a box whether it's a live thing or an object. Few rounds, the last object was from ML and everyone apart from MC was stumped. MC said it was both/alive. In the box was a rock so everyone mocks MC. Turns out in the rock was a live frog so MC was right. The pond scenes, it's either it was a two theives who hid in the area from the police before killing each other after a dispute or a husband and wife killing each other after the police suspected them of murdering their son and after they find out their son was still 'alive'. The murdered boy was 'revived' by MC. That's all I remember.
