and someone posts a bunch of chapters that get filtered out by you,you'\ll get empty pages because your request still gives you those releases and only later filters them out.Basically my first 4 pages have 0-5 releases per page because i've filtered out "xuanhuan"
Not a bug, it's how it works, my release page usually has this amount of chapters since a few months ago, when I started adding anything I disliked to my hidden list.
