Hi, I'm trying to find a good survival fantasy with a female lead who is a melee fighter (Bonus for super strength). and optionally a male lead also who is more a range or support role. Both of them have human form (not necessarily human. Bonus point for game element. I already found promising stories but they are all short or not updating often. No cruel lead please. I want to stay away from Chinese novel unless they are not Chinese like. (I loved Release that Witch.) Royal road welcome. Exemples: Jujutsushi Wa Yuusha Ni Narenai Boku wa Isekai de Fuyo Mahou to Shoukan Mahou wo Tenbin ni Kakeru Seven (Not exactly what I asked but I really liked that serie.) Fate/Stay night Mushoku Tensei : Would have been good if Eris was there most of the time. Question The Amber Sword: Strong love interest? I thought from the wiki the female love interest was a merchant girl? Dungeon Defence: Any fighting/action? I thought it was more of a psychological novel with only political moves.
Spells, Swords, & Stealth series by Drew Hayes Available on kindle Spoiler Female berserker(human), gnome paladin, half orc mage, male rogue(human) all main characters, multiple perspectives
Mostly political moves, but those political moves do involve war and fighting. The MC doesn't ever fight directly that I can recall, nor does his lover, but his subordinates do (all female, one of them practically an adopted daughter). Although even the parts of the story that are focused on combat don't really have much in the way of action, it's still more psychological.
Hi! You can check novel Being Able to Edit Skills in Another World, I Gained OP Waifus Though it has only few chapters translated, but second wifu is OP hand-to-hand fighter.
Unfortunately Chinese (and rebirth), but might fit your criteria: Apocalypse Rebirth: Chief, Don’t Move! Also very little (just 6 or so chapters) translated (out of circa 1500), you'd have to dig into MTL (chapters are often very short as well). The usual zombie/fauna/people with tiered soulstones/cores or whatever they are called, with alignments (metal/fire/wind, etc). Nothing spectacular, but decent read for me.

Has Altina the Sword Princess not been mentioned yet? Also, perhaps Madan no Ou to Vanadis might suit (male is archer, female heroic harem wields a variety of weapons, like Sevens)
What does "survival fantasy" mean? Speaking of female melee fighters, "The Reincarnated Vampire Wants an Afternoon Nap" seems to fit. "I became a sword when I reincarnated" fits even better.
By survival I mean that the characters needs to struggle to stay alive and it's not a walk in the park with the plot serving the MC like so many JN. and human form please.
Clarification: I Was a Sword When I Reincarnated (WN) has male PoV character who is an intelligent sword, and a female MC who is a cute battle maniac catgirl armed with said sword. I recommended it to you based on the female lead. That's a quite subjective definition. I mean sure, Nigotta Hitomi no Lilianne isn't in any danger, and Isekai Smartphone tends to have a lot of lucky coincidences, but where do we stop? It's not like Emiya Shiro never gets lucky - on the contrary, doing suicidally dangerous things always works for him.
