How tf was the romance pulled out of no where? He was a lonely teenager who finally got a girl his age that kept him company for months, so their connection is valid after all they did live, ate and slept together for many months in the early chapters so where did you draw that conclusion from? You should read properly before giving your opinions instead of assuming and comparing it with other manhua, manhwa
Sorry to burst your bubble but the romance is shit. Just because you like a story does not make it free from criticism. The plot is also very contrived. The protagonist 's motivations seem forced too. The story feels too shallow. You might like it but let's not pretend it's some masterpiece. It isn't. It is just mindless action. Pretty disappointing for a Murim/Wuxia novel. The protagonist in Escort Warrior is more relatable. He has more depth. This story is just a power fantasy disguised as Murim/Wuxia
I’ve always seen you talking shit about everything in different threads with 80% based on assumptions, 10% actual reading and 10% opinions It’s the reason I stopped reading your translation works
I think he dies from there. He probably succumbed to his wounds. Though it's safe to say that the gear of fate was started in motion because of him, and he redeemed himself by staying behind and even managed to kill a lot including a lesser Nine Sky person and it is usually the death of one that improves everybody's state of mind. So although i feel bad i have so much respect for him.

Yes he is, on Manhwa He was died after killed many Heavenly Material Artist that want to capture their party.
Is this story related to the same universe of the other works of the author? I know that Demon Fist of Mount Hua, Martial artist Lee Gwak and Reaper of the drifting moon are set in the same murim world and that they are chronologically told as I’ve just listed. This is story and Memoir of the king of war seems unrelated to the other stories. Can someone explain to me if all of these are connected? Also are there other great murim novel worth to read? Premise: I’ve read Nano Machine, Return to the mount Hua sect , I’ve been reading almost every murim manhwa from various group scanlators like Asura, luminous, Realm etc. so if there are other hidden gem stories can someone recommend some of it. Thanks.
I love that it doesn't focus too much on romance (off screen leave to imagination) but focus on an objective driven plot. The only thing I dont like is how the author treated him in his finances (dependent on others). Other than that, this is nice action pack story for me 7.5/10
Legend of the Northern Blade and the Memoir of the king of war are stand alone novel so far, the author might or might not decide to write a sequel in the future. The fist demon, Lee gwak and Reaper of the drifting moon all occur in the same murim world but separated by 100 year gaps between them. They are 3 novels which are interconnected, each major plot occurs because of the events in the previous novel. So even if author writes a sequel for the northern blade, there is a very low change Jin Mu Won appears in it. A new murim recommendation is Unrivaled Villain, dope art and a unique storyline but it's only 26 chapters right now.
