Tbh, half of ML's (introduced) harem are fujoshi (guess who wrote the super popular RPF novel series starring MC and ML lol~) Ning YingYing still likes ML, just not romantically. Their relationship never developed in that direction since MC 'stole' all her flags.

There's 81 chapters and 14 extras.

It was kind of sad b/c orig!ML was pretty jealous and felt it was really unfair how ML ended up with a loving and caring master while he ended up with a scumbag version, even though they were both 'Luo BingHe'. He asked MC to go back to his world with him, MC obviously refused, and outside of everyone's expectation, he simply opened a dimensional rift and left.

 

Yup, Ning Yingying is the fujoshi. She used to like the ML (see my translations) and had a crush on him when they were both buns. After she matures, she gets over it. A lot of the characters who were typical cannon fodder, etc. in the original storyline get their heads screwed on right after our MC changes enough things. One of the things that got her to support them was the devotion between MC and ML. MC always ends up helping the ML in spite of his better judgment lol. ML is... well, he's extremely sticky and obviously in love with MC.

And yeah, totally agree that it was really sad how original!ML didn't have his own version of a nice!Shen Qingqiu. Banging a bunch of women does not equal a loving, reciprocal relationship. Poor guy just wanted to be loved. ... ;-;

 

Wait...Ning Yingying was a fujoshi???? Damn, how did I not see that while reading this?? But I remember that the fujoshi writer was liu qingge's sister n not Ning Yingying. Found it hilarious that the member of ML's harem who had the status of 'untouchable and refined goddess' became a fujoshi writer in the end. I LOLed so hard at that point. She's writing fanfics of ML and MC while the three nun harem members are fans of her work. I know she definitely was writing those fanfics cause origMC found out about MC and ML's relationship in this world after reading one of her works. Not so sure whether it not she screwed them over by writing that song too....

 

LOL. Ning Yingying is a fujoshi for sure -- she reassures the original!ML that she 'understands' and they can get it on and stuff lol. I didn't quite catch who exactly wrote the porn just reading MTL without my pinyin filter, but that is hilarious. I can't believe that 'refined goddess' would write such stuff. But to be fair, she's not the only one writing smutty porn and not the first either. After MC blew up his own soul and was able to dig himself out five years later in the plant body, there was a smutty ballad song passing around in public about their love. XDDD

The porn getting passed around in the guild... lol. Think of it this way, one of the extras has our Luo Binghe picking it up and planning on redoing certain scenes with the MC.

 

Oh shit. How did I forget that moment of "understanding" from Ning Yingying?! That was so funny! Especially when origMC's face darkened after hearing her say she got it yet just handed him the broom.

Hmm, I don't remember which extra exactly but it came after the 'interview' that Shan Qinghua (SP?) did for MC and ML.

 

Hey I'm reading through the extras that I had previously skipped and learned some interesting facts that I wanna share.
1) Luo Binghe had a harem of exactly 613 waifus
2) During the 3 years that ML was out of commission, MC and Liu qingge went to visit some charm demon's lair and MC had his love fortune told. Liu qingge freaked out cause the characteristics of MC's destined lover sounded way too much like him (no silly it was bingbing not you). Madam Mei Yin foretold that MC's lover was lesser than him in age and qualifications, A grade looks, innate talent, strong spirit power, illustrious reputation, spends a lot of time with him, is the type to ignore others but when they fall for someone they fall for them wholeheartedly, is extremely devoted to him, and is always the one who comes chasing after him. I LOLed so badly cause of how much Liu Qingge fit the bill that I fell off my couch but no regrets!!
3) MC remained oblivious throughout the entire fortune telling and was ruling out all the females he knew. He commented that there couldn't be such a Ms. perfect *cough* mister, and just decided to disregard the fortune entirely.
4) Liu Qingge has no problem cutting up naked female demons who just stripped in front of him right in the middle of battle while MC is the type to close his eyes and remain incapacitated for the rest of the battle.

 

1) In the novel, it said that the harem is like 3000 people, so except the 613 waifies, the other are concubines?
2) Did LQG get his love fortune told as well?
4) Why did the she-demon stripped naked? Why is MC remaining incapacitated?

 

1) yep it said 613 wives, so I guess the rest r just concubines or one night stands. Madame Mei Yin was a one night stand.
2) LQG said that he wasn't interested so MC offered to try it out but boy did LQG get interested when he heard the beginnings of the MC's fortune
3) it's a kind of trump card for them. They're basically hedging on the fact that most men not LQG would flush at the sight of seeing so many beautiful naked women like u see in harem animes n be like male harem protags, unable to harm women but totally fine with killing everyone else. The normal scenario for this move would be they strip, victims don't know where to put their eyes and inadvertently shut their eyes, charm demons move in for the kill. MC knew about their trump card but still had to close his eyes cause he didn't have the mental fortitude to stare at naked bodies like that. It was basically just LQG fighting on his own n still beating the crap outta them. All hail not having a soft spot for the fairer sex.

Liu Qingge is the MC's junior martial brother and the peak lord of the peak that specializes in combat, Qi Qingqi is the peak lord of the all female peak, n the author is the peak lord of peak that basically deals with the sect's budget, relations, and all other miscellaneous matters which is also why his combat skills suck the most out of all the peak lords. It's decent enough for a peak lord but it still sucks compared to the rest.

 

It's kinda funny how while MC got his love fortune told and was ruling out females that he knows, Liu QingGe is comparing himself with the lover's characteristics xD

 

I'm reading the mtl right now and the MC is using a cat to break up a fight b/w the 2 sects xD

 

LOL. Maybe it's something I missed in MTL or it's in the extras. XDDD

 

No, it's in the main story. It happened while MC broke out of jail and chanced upon his disciples and the disciples of the sect that ML is staying at. They said that MC killed the person who helled him broke out of jail.




And Ning Yingying(?) is the girl who told ML that the person who helped him fight of the bully is MC (the leaves accident, chapter 43)

 

Yes, she tells him but I assume our ML knew already. He just hadn't connected dots and made proper sense of MC's 'tough love' behavior. I'm working on the assumption that the system automatically deducts OOC pts based on the ML (his actions, things he figures out, development with MC). I'm working on Ch. 5 translation and it seems that way. There's one part for which the system deducts points because of MC's OOC affecting the ML. So based on this assumption, ML will have known about the leaf incident. Ning Yingying figures it out by herself as well over the years and helps ML connect the dots by reminding him of everything MC's done for him, including the leaf incident.

 

Btw, the guy who helped MC out of prison, did the ML really kill him?

 

Nope. He was a victim that was killed by neither MC nor ML. This is a huge spoiler, but one of the major plot holes in the novel that our MC fills in later is ML's father (Tian Lang Jun) plot to merge the realms. MC won't know until much later that ML's father and his bunch were the ones to off that poor guy.

 

Oh my! So they've already made an appearance on the background so early...
Poor guy, that disciple seem like such a good person as well
