I've never played the game but the music for Genshin Impact is just ridiculously good. The only game that really rivals it in this category would be the League of Legends music - K/DA POP/STARS might well be the most highly viewed music video from a game on Youtube. But that music tends to be promotional material rather than actually the in-game stuff.

For more narratively driven games, the music in Nier: Gestalt/Replicant, Nier: Automata, and Drakengard 3 are sublime. Okabe Keiichi and Emi Evans are an amazing composer and singer duo and they're given full rein to work their magic in these games. I've got way too many picks to link them as videos so I'll just list the pieces that stand out the most to me.

Noteworthy pieces: Kaine Salvation, Song of the Ancients, the Dark Colossus Destroys All, the Weight of the World, This Silence is Mine, the Final Song.

For a very different kind of music, the pieces in Star Control II are really really good; especially when you consider that they came out 30 years ago! What's also cool about it is that none of it was technically composed of the game (or any game for that matter). Instead the creators just looked for submissions to a music contest and picked the pieces that fit their game the most. As a result, the various alien races in the game all have very unique themes that somehow seem to fit their personalities.

My picks are Ye-hat theme, Ur-Quan Kzer-Za theme (even though it's super short), Hyperspace, Supox theme, Arilou theme.

What I especially like about the Heroes of Might and Magic music is that they're composed like classical music rather than video game music. It just gives it more of a magical feel. I'd actually put HOMM IV, VII, and V above III. VII isn't very highly regarded as a game, but it has some really awesome music like Hope for Green Falls, the Wizard's Waltz and Gathering of the Council. It probably has the most consistently good music whereas IV has the highest highs and V has that incredibly memorable Grass theme.

I dont have anything specific but I love songs from genshin impact, undertale, and Nier Automata. Tho I did enjoy certain songs from rhythm games like deemo and cytus.
