I honestly don't know why people hate the ML. Nadia was the one who tricked Glen into marrying her by giving him that Laurel crown. He was respectful to her by telling her kindly that she must've mistaken him for another person though. Like, he never wanted to get married.

So the duke planned to kill nadia and make him marry with the sister bc nadia was illegitimate and it was a better deal for their family, ex fiancé became greedy for power and agreed, that's why nadia resents him so much : he was the first person to treat her well and teach her a lot of things she wasn't allowed to study in the duchy

In the day this chapter of the og wife was released,I searched the novel chapters after they left the territory and arrived at the capital for the ball,but there was absolutely nothing about this visit to his og wife house.I wonder if this event is original for the manhwa or perhaps they just changed the order of some events.

 

I rechecked the novel and she wasn't mentioned even after that,unless I missed it somehow,so I'm sure this is original for the manhwa.
